Karin is not that old. She could still be a jinchuuriki , mito was about her current age when she sealed kyuubi inside her.

1 tails naruto healed a lung in the space of seconds, now rsm + hago healing should blow that out the water.

Narutos healing doesnt come from his head, it comes from kurama + hago + other tailed beasts, which the tailed beasts reside somewhere else,
