Narutos healing doesnt come from his head, it comes from kurama + hago + other tailed beasts, which the tailed beasts reside somewhere else,

Would he be able to think properly enough, if his brain is damaged, or the signal be send to his brain to enable to heal his wound in time? He has to know that his body got damaged, before he can heal it. If his brain is struck, he wouldn't recognize the injury.
