We are talking about the future Hokage, without Naruto:

Shikaku: Highly intelligent and a great support ninja who can assure victory almost anywhere, though he is not the most powerful but he got the features of becoming a good leader.

Kakashi: is quite strong and intelligent, capable of protecting the village pretty good, with the right support and such.

Hiashi truly has the features of becoming Hokage, he is leader of the Hyuuga Clan, he is quite intelligent and strong.

From the youth:

Shikamaru: He is super intelligent, and he is far from his prime and he is quite skilled, probably the best candidate from the youth without naruto.

Kiba: he is quite skilled too, strong, smart and well he could be an okay candidate.

I'm not sure about anyone else???

Well Konohamaru: He is getting stronger, but he is still a kid and sometimes i seriously think if he has some brain damage...

i disagree with you on this one. I think Konoha has a lot of promising youths... Like how about shikamaru? He probably is the smartest one in the village.

He's not smarter than his dad. Im sure thats been made clear time and again. If his dad dies I'd be more than willing to consider him but right now hes not in my top 5.

i'd say Kakashi or Shikamaru. Kakashi would be the better choice though, as he's nearly as smart as Shikamaru but much more strong.

Konohamaru in 10 years or so would make a great one too.

I somewhat agree, i mean he is getting stronger day by day, he is quite skilled and probably will surpass Hiruzen Sarutobi at one point maybe, the only thing i believe he lags is Intelligence and experience and way more jutsu. He could end up being a great candidate.

But for now ill have to say:

1. Shikaku
2. Hiashi
3. Kakashi
4. Shikamaru (depends on his skills improving and his intelligence getting better, i'm not sure)

1. Shikaku
2. Hiashi
3. Kakashi
