Let's match a musical genre to each Naruto character.
Simple but fun :x3:

Example: Hidan = Metal Music :kd:

Naruto = new metal
Madara = emo
Gaara = screamo
Obito = friendzone pop punk
Shikamaru = singer/songwriter or jazz
Sakura = synth pop / folk pop
Lee: EDM
Bee: hip hop
Darui: underground hip hop
Shino: underground hip hop
Itachi: classic stuff, maybe some post-rock
Ino: EDM
Sarada: indie folk
Sai: indie rock / sadcore (he'd be a Crywank fan for sure)

Itachi- Mellow instrumentals, type of shit that when played over rainy mood it gets 10x better :lol

Kakuzu- Trap/Rap

Hidan- Organ music basically, anything with an organ

Pain- Epic Choirs

Perhaps, I think anime OST's are perfect for him tbh. However if we are using genres here than things like this would most fit, I picture Itachi as a no lyrics kind of guy.

Kakuzu: Definitely gangster rap/trap (maybe of the UK variety; see C Biz - The Game's Mine or Fredo - They Ain't 100)
Obito: Pop Punk (Sum 41 or Blink 182)
Shikamaru: Got to be Reggae. Can definitely see him jamming to Mr Brown by Bob Marley
Gaara: Has to be screamo. Bodies by Drowning Pool is a classic and obvious choice.
Itachi: Classical. Four Seasons by Vivaldi comes to mind
Sakura: Quite obviously pop. Look at pretty much any chart song (Call Me Maybe?).
Neji: Traditional Japanese harp music (Koto)
Kakashi: Funk. Superfly by Curtis Mayfield? Or maybe Superstition by Stevie Wonder
Ino: House. Gypsy Woman by Crystal Waters.
Lee: Raw rap. Lose Yourself by Eminem.
Killer-Bee: Obviously rap. Old School. Maybe Wu Tang Clan or a Tribe Called Quest

Post-rock songs usually don't have lyrics, most of the time it's mostly instrumental stuff. I can totally picture Itachi lying on grass with headphones on listening to this kind of stuff:



By the way, the song you posted is pretty good. I can picture him listening to this kind of stuff too.
