If Minito survived instead of sealing the 9 tails....
1. Would of told about "Madara" to 3rd and other ninja (would be on high alert) especially if Uchia's made contact with him> antagonized entire clan
2. Naruto would of had much better control of his chakara, would of learned Minito's sealing techs, made contact with J-man alot sooner thus learned SM sooner.
3. Everybody in Leaf would have been looking for the 9 tails and a replacement to be the jinkuri.
4. Would of "killed" Oro w/ help from 3rd Hoage/ completely stopped the sound/land of wind completely.
4a. Sasuke would have never left the village unless civil war took place.
5. Most likely would of had a civil war with Uchia clan (because I don't think Minito would solve the clan's problems/ Danzo would be watched by the 3rd very closely so no Itachi genocide)
6. J-man would have still died getting Intel to Minito/Naruto (remember Hokage don't leave village, 3rd watching Danzo, Tsunade did not return, Naruto is busy doing various missions + dad would not let him go)
7. Mintio would not have faced Pain unless they had "possession" of the fox.
8. If Minito/ Naruto + intel vs Pain Pain would severely loose. SM Naruto (by himself) took out 3 pains w/o sweating. The next 2 was very hard and exhausted his sage chakara. The last he had no escape w/o fox. W/ Mintio's t/s techs, sealing techs, and berrior techs Pain has no chance.
9. War would of still happened. W/o Sasuke and Kabuto (no absorb Oro). Would probably still had most of Akaski to back Obito up.
the leaf not as focused because not hunting Naruto. (- Hidan and Kazku defeated by shicka for killing teacher, Sasori defeated by Sakura because helping out Garra and Pain defeated by Minito/Naruto, Taka would have never been formed)
Would of still had Konan, Deidara, Kisame, Zetsu army, and Obito (heck depending on the civil war could have a small army of elite Uchia)

Well, if Minato continued to live after the Kyubi attack, then that means Kushina sacrificed herself to seal herself along the Kyubi, giving enough time for the 4th hokage and 3rd hokage to plan out a way to counter-attack the apparition of the Kyubi. Then there will be some choices in what would happen, but lets say the 4th hokage seals the kyubi in himself so he doesn't put the burden in any one else.

Without Minato dying, he continues being the hokage, and he will find a way to prevent the Uchiha Coup-D-Etat without having a massacre. No massacre, no need for Itachi to become a wanted criminal and for Sasuke to become an emo avenger.

Minato would be an only parent, but Naruto will live with a caring parent and much possibly learning techniques from him. Orochimaru would not have been able to escape, but if he did, his attack in the village years later would be tramped all over by Minato. The 3rd hokage wouldn't need to die, and most destruction would be voided.

He probably would have strengthen the relationships between the villages, and would have made a peace agreement with Suna and Iwa, making the strong three relationships. The rest of the hidden villages will then join understanding Minato's intentions, and the great village alliance would form (Something like the UN).

Not having to worry about village conflicts, akatsuki would be trampled all over by the allliance, and peace would reign. In the first place, I would believe Nagato would give up on his plan, seen Minato already created peace in his own way. Akatsuki would be disbanded, and that would leave Obito all alone (probably with Kisame and Zetsu on his side) to create a perfect tsukoyomi just to bring Karin back. Kabuto would most likely be the same as he is now, mourning about Orochimaru's capture (maybe even dead or sealed) and perfect Edo Tensei.

Then the war against Akatsuki will start, the already created alliance against millions of zetsu clones and Edo Tensei. Naruto would be a ninja who learned Sage Mode and some S/T Techniques, but not as strong as he is now. Sasuke would be just another Uchiha. Minato then would curb stomp everyone in the war (As 15 years would have passed since he sealed Kyubi on him, strengthen their relationship), and then it would come to Madara and Obito vs the world.

From then on, I dunno.
