His only chance to get out of Chibaku Tensei is to tag one of the 6 paths, and it's not really possible for him to do it.

Except for kabuto since he can't be killed by a psychical attack and if he does get injured he heals rapidly thanks to suigetu and karins dna.
I still think minato would end winning since kabuto no longer has oros chakra which means he can't utilize sage mode nor can he summon so many edos but if he could not even minato could stop him

Naruto would not have the kyuubi. (Minato would himself seal inside him, so that he could not burden Naruto)

There wouldn't be this war arc going. (Because Minato would already kill half of the anatonogists of the series)

We wouldn't see Tsunade becoming the Hokage. (Minato = very young hokage)

Pain is not really a difficult opponent, its just because he is in a group. Minato specialty is looking groups fast
