He'd be way weak U_U
You have to be an Emo to unlock Sharingan's powers which he isn't, he's always calm as cucumber. Also Uchiha's don't have the chakra required to master the Sage Mode, Minato is a perfect Sage, Sage Mode >> EMS as proven by Hashirama and Naruto against Madara and Sasuke U_U
So as an Uchiha, Minato won't be as great as he is as Namikaze U_U

No. He'd be much less powerful considering that now, he's shown no genjutsu applicability. If he were an Uchiha, he might be like Kid Obito in that department. :/
But seriously, he wouldn't be that powerful, because he'd go blind once attaining MS and he has no brother. He'd turn into a fodder then. Also, since 3-tomoe sharingan mainly helps in the prediction of movements, it wouldn't help him because he moves so fast when he fights, his sight wouldn't be able to keep up.
He'd be less with the sharingan. He's better and strong where he is now.

EMS Minato wouldn't ever be attained due to having no sibling. He'd just die a blind fodder at MS.

I don't understand how can you say he would be weaker. With Uchiha blood, you have the capability to handle the Sharingan.
I'm not considering anything realistic here, just assuming the scenario in which he can obtain EMS from a brother.
LOL 3T Sharingan helps his Hiraishin-style fighting. He could see the smallest of movements and react at the very last minute, which makes his Hiraishin more effective.
The reason I believe EMS Minato > EMS Itachi is because like I said, Minato is already very strong even though he comes from a fodder clan. That's my opinion.
How can he be weak? I don't consider anything realistic here, just making assumption that he will get everything. And don't worry, he would be like Itachi, Shisui and Kagami, not an emo Uchiha.
Also, Minato can't maintain SM properly either as what he is now. He said clearly that he doesn't prefer to use it in fights.
Hashirama's SM is on a whole other level compared to Toad SM.

and I consider itachi a traitor anyway. I guess only Shisui and Kagami who were the only good uchiha
in their clan's history. U_U
