Naruto used it once and it almost destroyed his chakra network. Minato would blow his apart from using it because his stamina is no where near Naruto's.

nope. naruto has km sage mode bijuu mode. minato is fragile. hes only fast. he wont be able to sustain it even before teleporting away. right after he completes the technique hell take damage right away.

Attacks on that level tend to be reserved for shino who don't know how to get within organ striking range, Minato does not really need nukes.

You are all arong. He would be shitty in using it compared to Naruto. Becuase of three things:
1. Naruto could only throw in while being in SM, Minato has no SM, he would blow his arm off.
2. With his chakra arms Naruto can turn FRS into guided jutsu.
3. Naruto has way bigger chakra reserves, he can spam with it.

You seem not to understand Minatos ability completely ...

He can't just teleport to an enemy, he needs a sealing mark nearby his enemy to do so. It can be much more dangerous to Minato to use rasen shurinken than you may think, and an advanced opponent could take advantage of that quite easy once he figures how his FTG works. So I would still say that throwing it has much more effect..

Wouldn't be different, he wouldn't be able to master it, and he wouldn't be able to throw it, simple. Only sage mode can throw rasenshuriken, and even with all the senjutsu chakra, it's only good for two blows, so if it was possible in base mode, Minato would fatigue after one throw. Throwing the rasenshuriken allows it to expand, using it as a wind style: rasengan, would mean he would have to keep his hand to keep the fuuton rasengan spinning, not allowing him to teleport anywhere unless he wants to nullify the jutsu and remove the spin.
