If Minato had Rasenshuriken

If Minato had rasenshuriken, I think he would be able to use it better than Naruto. Why? Naruto has to throw the Rasenshuriken so that he doesnt do damage to himself. Minato would be able to teleport to an enemy and smash the rasenshuriken into them, then just straight away teleport somewhere else so he doesnt take any damage. Thoughts?

He would still take damage to his arm like Naruto does.

So OP then xd. Imagine, first use ftg, throw rasenshuriken. Enemy tries to dodge, but Minato marked the rasenshuriken and just ftg's right to the enemy and kills. Yeah it would be way to OP

And the damage is taken anyway, even with FTG. That one split second can cause damage too.
