No. Madara still has his powers because his Rinnegan possesses Hagoromo's chakra, which possesses the chakra of both sons, as Hagoromo stated.

Edo Tensei does contradict reality however being that it is a space/time jutsu and that was how Hashirama and Madara were revived with their powers as well as the reason why Itachi and Nagato were revived with their eyes, mangeykyou and six paths in all when the originals were in Sasuke and Obito's possession.

And if that is true then Hashirama could have been alive just as long as Madara was alive. Of course Kishi hasn't revealed Hashiramas death but it does bring up an argument.
