madaras not indria's reincarnation anymore like when the sage said he put ashura chakra with his it made him have the sages chakra. So indrai's chakra migrated to sasuke at that point.
So he wasn't just a host for Indra? I thought he wasn't just a person merely possessed by Indra's chakra. And since rinnei tensei breaks the laws of nature and such.. Maybe 2 "Indras" exist if you get what i'm saying.

No. Madara still has his powers because his Rinnegan possesses Hagoromo's chakra, which possesses the chakra of both sons, as Hagoromo stated.
Edo Tensei does contradict reality however being that it is a space/time jutsu and that was how Hashirama and Madara were revived with their powers as well as the reason why Itachi and Nagato were revived with their eyes, mangeykyou and six paths in all when the originals were in Sasuke and Obito's possession.

Edo Tensei is just a Kuchiyose no Jutsu. Itachis Mangekyō and Nagatos Rinnegan were simple images made out of dirt.

So does this transmigration happen instantly or does the chakra take its time to reach its new destination. If it is instant then it is likely that the old Madara died when Sasuke was born. And if that is true then Hashirama could have been alive just as long as Madara was alive. Of course Kishi hasn't revealed Hashiramas death but it does bring up an argument.
