If Kakashi had high Chakra levels-

Bare with me, I know Kakashis chakra levels are shit. But if he did let's say for the sake of conversation have chakra levels equal to that of someone like Naruto. Do you think no one would be able to **** with him aside from Top-tier guys like Itachi, Madara, Tobi, and Nagato?

I would assume he could use the techs, just not the ones that require the actual eye itself. Like Kamui for example, I could easily be wrong though.

I believe he alread has the skills because he was able to hold his own against deidara, kakuzu, hidan and these guys are also kage level.

he lacks stamina and chakra, if he had those two he would certainly be on par with the kage
