No sharinga owned him low dif and Kakashi spared him multiple of time in this fight, like the punch to push him back, with itnent to kill it would be raikiri but his intention was to bring him back to village whereas Sasuke tried hard on Kakashi using new power up on Kakashi but still failed despite activating MS before Kakashi.

Then when Kakashi hear that Sasuke killed Danzo, he got intent to kill, even Naruto knew that Kakashi was going to kill Sasuke but Obito came to save him.

Kakashi never try to kill anyone with kamui, even all his enemies or jubi. Only try to send them to kamui land maybe he's that nice
