Why are we including clothes here? They're not factor, as Masashi doesn't pay much attention to them. Kakashi can see the build up chakra in Sasuke's eyes, and he has better reactions, so Kamui is used faster than Sasuke can use anything in his arsenal.

The clothes are pivotal, as almost the entirety of his right-side - Torso- portion was engulfed in flames and he was screaming in pain. Yet everything, even his clothes were intact? It was Izanagi and no, Kakashi's reaction rates are not faster than someone who holds mastery over Kenjutsu. Not even close.

Can't sasuke also see the build up chakra in kakashi's eyes? he is not nearly as proficient as sasuke at using the mangekyou plus he's got 2 ems while kakashi's got 1 ms and he's a non-uchiha so who do you think is better at using it. Sasuke's movements are fast even a sniper has a hard time shooting a moving object so a high speed object will be very hard
