Only indras transmigrants have successfully awakened ems and are the only ones capable of unlocking the rinnegan during the transmigration period

Itachi stated not everything was compatible to form EMS, even by killing blood relations, many Uchihas were not able to gain EMS. So we can assume that's a power only reserved for Indra's reincarnations.

Wrong. only Juubi-Madara and Kaguya had Rinne-Sharingan. Sasuke has a Special 6 tome Rinnegan. Rinne-Sharingan has 9 tomes.

^^^wrong wrong wrong Nagato had the rinnegan did you forgot that part of the manga? He didn't have to awaken it but he got them.
