If Itachi was bought back to life with Rinne Tensai

Lets say Itachi is bought back to life and let say Itachi gets Sasuke eyes, since Sasuke is using Itachi eyes, would Itachi awaken EMS?

If Itachi is revived with Rinne Tensai, would he be healthy as in no illness? Would it be possible for Itachi to awaken Rinnengan if Itachi gets Naruto DNA? I mean Itachi having Sasuke sharingan counts as having Indra chakra, only Ashura chakra left.

Hmm to be fair we don't know the requirement for EMS except for transplanting other eyes. We know unlocking sharingan is rare even among Uchiha, while Mangekyou sharingan is even more rare.

We don't know if both Uchiha eyes needs to be mangekyou sharingan or no need.

But that the thing no where in the manga or databook or guidebook stated a Uchiha needs indra chakra to get EMS. Madara and Sasuke both had Mangekyou sharingan, their brothers had Mangekyou sharingan, we don't know if both Uchiha needs Mangekyou sharingan to gain EMS.

As for Rinnengan you are correct someone needs both Indra and Ashura chakra. If Itachi gets Sasuke eyes which are free not in use, then Itachi would have Indra chakra automatically, as for Ashura chakra, that is something Itachi would be lacking unless he gets Naruto Chakra or DNA.

Itachi would have no problem having Indra chakra, but Ashura would be a problem.
