Because Hagoromo did not intentionally give Naruto/Sasuke their powerups. They were activated from within, he could only give Itachi his Chbaki Tensei seal, which would have been the moon shape.


So, no. Itachi would never gain a Rinnegan of any form unless he took one from somebody else, or if he had taken Ashura chakra and died or whatever-else-you-do-to-get-the-rinnegan

You just helped my point.... If Hagoromo was so desperate to save the world, we would give any Uchiha the upgrades, and knowing that Itachi is a good guy and very very strong he easily would give him the powerups.

Yes you are correct and not correct at the same time. Sasuke only met Hagoromo for the reason of him being an Indra transmigrante, Itachi would never meet him under any circumnstance. Hagoromo appeared in the war zone thanks to Madara's lower body and with Kyuubi and the other chakra's combining (manga scan. I can bring it if you want). That is a way for Itachi to get it.

Next, Itachi would never activate the Rinnegan with Hagoromo's help. He would need to be a Indra transmigrate, which he is not U_U

I didn't help your point, because hogoromo would have just given naruto all the power both yin and yang he wouldn't have transferred it to itachi because itachi is only a descendant of his son not a trans migrant.

My point is hogoromo could have given obito his power since obito turned good at the time and had no intention of siding with madara, but instead he chose to give his power to sasuke despite sasuke's intentions. In other words hogoromo was willing to give sasuke power so he wouldn't seem unfair to indra even if it meant putting the rest of the world at risk.

Not really, what allows one to awaken the rinnegan or RSM is hogoromo's chakra. If hogoromo wanted to he could make anyone awaken the rinnegan. It's just easier for ashura and indra transmigrants because they already have half of what is necessary.
