Ok what do you think it will be his position in the leaf village
in my opinion he should be hokage
without him the Uchihas would have make the coup d etat and in other words a civil war would have been created
He has done something great and i think it would be unfair not to be credited in the right way

Basically once the Edo Tensei user dies, the jutsu is undone. No Itachi once Kabuto sucks foot.
If he were still alive and still wanted to stay. He would probably be arrested and killed for being Akatsuki.
Otherwise he would maybe try and lead the police.
