If Itachi didn't act cool and calm

would people still overrate him? I hypothesis that his attitude is what makes him overpowered by fanboys. Because he always stays chill in situations, it seems like he has everything under control. But say if he were to panic during or act like Hidan during the Chibaku Tensei, but still manage to get out of it.....would people still say his intellect is godly?

If he acted like a pervy sage, would people still think he can defeat every single character there is? I think not.

PS: Itachi is one of my fav characters......but fanboys sure know how to 180 that statement.

I won't argue that, but when people claim that he can figure his way out of every single jutsu is just wishful thinking. Even he has his limits.

Yeah but I doubt his intelligence is higher than Obito's or Kabuto's. On par yeah, but not above. Mainly how people say if he had full knowledge of Obito, he could have killed him.....that's just BS in my opinion.

Itachi is a natural prodigy and just as, if not, smarter than shikamaru. Now we all know how dangerous shikamaru can be, just by his smarts alone. Now the fact that he is a prodigy, is an uchiha, and is super smart....yeah he is pretty freakin OP. And I think he can go toe to toe with anyone.

How's that dumb? If you act tough, doesn't mean you are tough. You can puny and still be the strongest person alive. You can act stupid and lazy and be a genius....like part 1 shikamaru. Characters are usually liked for their personalities and their appearances. But if Itachi didn't as cool and calm as he did, but rather immature. Would people stop overrating his intelligence? Naruto still acts pretty silly, but he's able to go toe on toe with the best and figure analyze the opponent almost just as effectively as Itachi.

But no one ever compliments his intelligence because of his attitude.

I never disliked him. But he's possibly the most overrated character, along with minato i think....and it's ridiculous. The excuse is always his intelligence makes him beat everybody else.
