sasuke would probaply graduate the acedemy at age 8 and would become chuunin a year later,then jounin at age 11 with full mastery over the sharingan and a wide range of jutsu and shuriken techniques. itachi would have been like his road to ninja counterpart most likely, a famous shinobi who is hired by the hokage to defend their village from a opposing force aka menma
also itachi in that movie is the leader of akatsuki so who knows, he may kill tobi and take over

Sasuke's motivation for getting stronger was hatred and revenge. If you take that away from him he wouldn't get stronger fast enough. Less fighting experience, no Orochimaru's kinjutsus and drug boosts and more importantly no EMS. Hell he might not be able to awaken MS if he lived peacefully.

Actually, Sasuke would be dead too.
It is the eyes of an Uchiha that important, not the body.
Once Danzo gouges out the eyes, Sasuke too would be killed

Well, this is my theory.
I hope you can follow if I list it up like this... I excuse for my English..
- Uchiha's would be alive and the Population of them is blooming.
- Konohagakure is the strongest village
- There would be no war between sand and Leaf (part 1)
- Orochimaru would grab some random uchiha for his eyes
- Sasuke would never have the Motivation to kill his brother, revenge his brother.
- Sasuke would have not gained the power after beating itachi (amaterasu, Susanoo)
- Sasuke already was at the Age of 8 when that all happened
- Itachi would've been a good Ninja and probably wouldve been healed by Special Heal-nins at konohagakure ( sickness is gone)
- Even tho the uchiha's life peaceful the plot wouldve still begun and Sasukes father would start a war against leaf
- Mostly all Uchiha who were included will die. If itachi helped - he too
- Sasuke would be mad since hes still alone after all, not hating Itachi, but Sarutobi Hiruzen instead.
- Sasuke would end the same way as he is now, but without a power up of orochimaru, itachi and Tobi.( he didnt power up but motivated)

sasuke would still be the strongest of the k11 since he graduated top of his class in the academy not only that he had no one to train him for like 4 years until kakashi cause the uchiha were all dead. sasuke would be around the same strengths or even stronger
