Well what if when the animal who ate the fruit died and another animal ate that one they gained chakra. And the cycle follows in that animal

Mate your not seeing the bigger picture. Lets say this happened every year for a thousand years and each time 50 completely new animals or plants ate/absorbed that animal when it died. That still only 50000 species which chakra has been introduced too. There are 8.7million species of organism on earth. Probably more in NV with all the extra species.
