CHAKRA WAS THE ALREADY PRESENT IN EVERYBODY. JUUBI WAS THE ONLY TREE WHO COULD USE IT. THAT'S WHY THE TREE WAS SO HUGE.
KAGUYA WAS THE FIRST TO GET TO KNOW HER OWN CHAKRA AS WELL AS TO USE IT ALONG WITH JUUBI'S CHAKRA BECAUSE OF THE FRUIT. THAT IS WHY SAGE BORN WITH THE CHAKRA.

CHAKRA DWELLS INSIDE EVERY BEING. THE ONLY THING FOR THE PERSON TO DO IS TO MOULD HIS/HER OWN CHAKRA AND KNOW ITS TYPE TO SHARP IT AND USE IT FOR NINJUTSU.

SAGE KNEW THE CONCEPT OF CHAKRA AND HE STARTED PREACHING ABOUT IT TO EVERYONE, JUST LIKE TEACHERS LIKE IRUKA NOW TEACH IN THE NINJA ACADEMY.

I kind of agree with you, but Manga states there was no chakra before Juubi, so I dont know what to think anymore. Kishi effed up in my opinion.

Chakra (チャクラ, chakura) is essential to even the most basic technique; it is the moulding of the physical energy (身体エネルギー, shintai enerugī) present in every cell of the body and the spiritual energy (精神エネルギー, seishin enerugī) gained from exercise and experience.

It needs practice to mold the chakra. But Sage got it from his mother without doing any physical exercise and experience.
But the others needed training and experience. They weren't gifted like Sage. (Just like Fanboys says that Naruto is strong because of Kyuubi)
Madara said that "Men stole chakra from the tree". But why the people who followed Sage towards peace would steal the chakra. If everyone stole chakra from the tree then what was the purpose of the Sage, it wasn't like he opened a clinic and started giving his own chakra to everyone.
Instead he taught everyone how to mold the chakra/energy which is developed inside themselves.

Even in Japan or China ( I don't know exactly) there are people who learn "CHI" ( I once watched in Stan Lee's Superhumans series on History18, a person preventing a drill machine from drilling through his flesh by concentrating his Chi force at the point of impact) Now do you think he got it from his birth. Obviously NO, he trained to do that. Even a normal human can train to develop this Chi force inside his body.
Same goes for chakra.
Before Juubi no one was present to teach the humans to mold chakra. But Kishi made a way through Sage to teach the humans.
Even in Naruto Universe, not everyone goes into Shinobi profession but that doesn't mean they can't mold chakra.

Yes thats why we have a problem with Kishi's story telling. At one point he says people can't live without it then next he says before the Sage no one was born with it.

Please read my original post, I came up with a scenario that accounts for everything.

Simple People didn't have always chakra in themselves but ingredients of which chakra is made of. Confusing ?, sounds complicated ? Alright to make it simple and understandable, Before Princess Kaguya took and ate forbidden fruit, people had just physical and spiritual enrgies which didn't MIX with each other... in result not Giving chakra...

After Princess Kaguya took and ate this forbidden fruit people were taught by Sage of six paths how to mix both of their enrgies and mold this chakra to use Ninjutsu, simple as that.

Of course maybe I am wrong and you are right Op or ahhimane... but this how I see it and I am sure that this very close to Kishimoto's view at this topic. It could be great explanation without contradiction of eariler statements aslo easy explanation.

Have you ever played Halo 4? Well... This is spoiler if you haven't. Basically for him to survive against this "composer" the librarian had to awaken a dormant gene within him so he wouldn't get composed by the machine.

Same thing applies here. Every human had a dormant gene/ability to use chakra but never the knowledge. When Kaguya ate the fruit, she gained the ability to mold chakra on a godly level. Rikudou was able to develop further and devise a means to manipulate chakra; which became known as the present day Ninjutsu. He went around the world speaking to everyone and telling them this; effectively teaching everyone about Ninjutsu.

The Shinju is the Tree that grants the God Power, but most of all, it gives the entire knowledge of chakra and that's how Rikudou was able to divine the meaning of it.

This is a nice explanation, but it's still not possible for the Sage to teach every ancestor of the human race much less the animals and plants, unless he lived for a few thousand years.

The Juubi is a clone?

Edit: if you're trying to imply that the sage gave chakra to every living organism in lets say 50 years by using clones of himself, this means every plant, every insect, every bird, every mammal, every fish, every sea creature at the bottom of the ocean, every bacteria, every blade of grass was given chakra by the the Sage, this is impossible. Even if he didn't sleep for 50 years and had 1million clones working its a big no no.

Honestly, 646 is pretty specific. Kaguya was the first human being to possess chakra, and her son was the first person to be born with it. Madara also states that the chakra of every shinobi belongs to the Shinju. It's not something native to human beings or animals. This statement more or less trumps any prior explanation of chakra in the manga.

So any theory has to account for this, which is incredibly difficult. Personally, I'll put it down to a massive plot hole. Kishi is good at creating those.

If one animal ate the fruit, chakra would only be present in that animals descendants, and not all the other species, and certainly not in any plants, bacteria etc.

Eh. I lost faith in him after the Obito reveal since it went against everything he had already established both in the manga and the databooks. And that was a pretty massive screw-up. So it's entirely possible that he did it again.

I'll admit that it's entirely possible that he has some grand explanation in mind that will be revealed later. I simply think the possibility is far from certain considering Kishi's history.
