What rebels? After Luffy sent Croco-boy past the clouds, rain was bestowed and thus the rebels stopped......... rebelling. So end point. There are no more rebels in Alabasta.

I think its possible for shanks because he should know about the void history if he was with roger, so. For that matter does rayleigh, it could be enough for someone like them to turn them against the WG

- Shanks & Rayleigh because of their involvement with the Roger Pirates. Like Rayleigh told Robin " We know what happened in the void century" - i'm guessing he didn't like what they found because his like, " continue your journey, what you find might be different" - Shows disgust to me on Rayleigh's behalf
