If black zetsu is strong enough to control madara as a healthy so6p, then how did black zetsu not fully control obito when he was broken and beaten down to nothing?

Obito was still able to control himself for a while and perform kamui.

how is madara so easily taken over, if black zetsu couldnt fully control obito?

it could quite possibly be that BZ aka kaguya's will simply wanted madara to take the eye from obito. ET couldnt be performed without madara controlling both eyes and such..

The juubi that Obito absorbed had Kaguya in it, The Juubi Madara absorbed didn't, since Kaguya was in the shinju at that point.
