Ive already asked scorp Sensei who has told me its no longer allowed. But others have been telling me otherwise so i am just looking to clear the matter up once and for all. If stealing is allowed in an RP battle and i beat my opponent who has a sharingan, can i take said sharingan for my own?

Once you beat your opponent (with the battle requirements such as stealing and/or killing) you can steal anything you wish from the individual (within logical reason).

You can take the sharingan out, put it as part of your collection, or just make some soup with it. You can't implant sharingan in your eyes. This was done long time ago and resulted in a total catastrophe.

It's allowed.
You can rip the sharingan out, but you can't implant it in a body. You can make sharingan soup for the fun of it.
