my thoughts for ninja storm 3:
COMBAT:
1. you shouldnt be ale to substitute out of combos, but rather you should end up seeing actually martial arts styled defending, for instance look at when kakuzu vs kakashi episode, they were blocking with there arms and legs, and even using kunai. this should allow the person whos defending to counter the attack by blocking and bumping into the character to allow the defender to become the attacker.

2.you shouldnt be able to easily use super ninjutsu(resengan) so fast and have it able to be spammed over and over. instead the characters should have to suffer intervals like pain had to but make it for 10 seconds for everyone regardless if you hit or miss, there should be a delay. also the speed for an ultimate is to fast and easy to catch someone in over and over. for instance, if youre using shikamaru u can chakra dash and then quickly tap Y Y B and you hit your opponent with an ultimate that cant be blocked over and over.... i think there should be a limit to 1 ultimate per match and have a delay set for 40 seconds if you miss. this means if you have used a ultimate already you cant use a team one for the rest of the match. so use it wisely (honestly this is fair, you only have 2 health bars and 1 ultimate takes 3/4 of one bar.

3. the only things that should be substituted are the supers and ultimates.

4. i hate that when i use sasuke and im trying to use a combo and someone vanishes out, sasuke keeps on swinging away with his sword and doesnt even turn to face the opponent, (keep in mind there is a few ther characters who have this problem as well...) where then the enemy just subs out and guess what super ninjutsu or ultimate... this should be fixed...

5. characters like lady chiyo, sasuke, kakuzu, sasori, itachi, naruto, killa bee and many more shouldnt be able to go into their awakening modes if theyve have been hurt to much beyond that line to transform... its unfair that they can spam supers such as (pheinox flower jutsu, amaterasu, chakra volley, chakra cannon, and lots of other stupid supers that break your gaurd and require little chakra, plus characters like minato and rock lee shouldnt be allowed to instant transmission/chakra dash at you where they can constantly just do a few hits over and over while in between you getting out of the combo, they just hit Y A , and they end u behind you again...) to fix this, in awakening mode they should have to suffer 15 second intervals per super and have a 5 or more second delay on chakra dashing.

MULTIPLAYER:
1. every character should have at least three alternate outfits.( for example, itachi with his akatsuki cloak on, itachi without akatsuki cloak and battle damaged, and finally itachi in anbu black ops outfit. also id like to add this for my favorite villain pain, he should have his plain akatsuki cloak and his piercings, battle damaged akatsuki cloak, and finally yahiko with the piercings and just the akatsuki cloak. each character in the game could all have three outfits.

2. each character should have the option between 3 different combo styles (attack,defense, and balanced) to use for their character, which then would change the ultimate and supers that they use aswell. for instance pain should have for attack style almighty push for his super, and his ultimate would be planetary devastation his combos would be based off his own fighting (meaning the other five pains arent in his combos)
an example of a new and better looking grab attak for pai would be him using unversal pull and choke slamming naruto into the ground. now for the defense style, pain would have the other pains in his combos as they are now, his super would be universal pull, and his ultimate would be "the six paths of pain"(the attack to kill jiriyah) and finally the balanced form would be mixed between combos useing both the other styles. he would have 2 supers, almighty push, and the giant almighty push (used on the toads that tried to defend naruto) and this one's ultimate would be universal pull combo (like the anime when pain is avoiding hinata and then he gets tired of her so he uses universal pull, and lifts her up in the air and slams her in the ground, then makes a pole come out of his sleeve and stabs her with it.)

3. characters should exchange words while fighting eachother and depending on whose winning or losing someone will talk shit. for instance pain vs hinata, hinata is losing, she says stuff like" i wont back down, thats my ninja way" and "im going to protect naruto, even if it means me dieing." and pain since he is winning he says stuff like "why do you continue to fight me, if you know you will die?" "do you really believe you can defeat a god?" lol stuff like that. i know naruto and sasuke will have alot of lines to say between eachother and im not going to start putting them up.

4. there should have been a team battle where you and and youre friends can team up against another group of three or even pairs, instead of the support coming out to do there supers , they should be able to jump in anytime they want to help out in the fight with full fighting capabilities (supers, ultimates, combos, grabs....basically anything that character can do) it would be really cool who can work better as a team to win a match.

5. in ranked matches there should be a single fight mode like how they have it for player matches. and there should be no time limit on a match so that it stops this stupidness of people running away to let the time run out.

6. when characters hit Y X (powerd up kunai) they should all deal the same damage and if one can knock someone back, then they all should. its not fait that shikamaru throws an explosive kunai and k it knocks someone away but if im using pain and i throw 6 rods at you all at once its not fair that it doesnt knock you character back aswell....

and finally
7. it should have all the maps/locations from the anime to fight on in the game. for instance we didnt get to fight on the uchiha hideout's roof like sasuke and itachi for a map, also we didnt get to fight on the destroyed uchiha hideout stage where it was rubble after sasuke used kirin. also another big F*** up was done by haveing killa bee fight taka sasuke in a grassy field near night time... in the anime they fought at killa bees mountain where you see a massive set of stairs and a small house at the top which was never included in the game :(, plus when you fought killa bee in the game where the F*** was karin, jugo, and suigetsu? they were all helping sasuke fight killa be the whole time, and they werent even included as support characters.

Hey guys I have 2 characters: Hinata and Neji!!!
But before you read on I have to let you know that some of their attacks are spoiler and have been used in the manga not anime so if you do not read the manga don't read the rest because it will spoil somethings for you.
Hinata
Hinata will have one awakening which will be her awakening from the last game (Twin Lion Fists).
  • Jutsu: Protection Sixty Four Palms ( the technique from uns2), and 32 palms (a downscaled version of the 64 palms)
  • Ultimate Jutsu: Jyuken (Gentle Fist) Finish: Hinata uses the gentle fists to weaken her enemy and ends them with a blow to the heart. Hakke Kusho Barrage (Hinata dances around the opponent doing very small scale hakke kushos and then appears right in front of him/her to do a large scale one.
Awakening
Hinata's awakening is the Twin Lion Fist.
  • Jutsu: Protection of the 64 palms, Hakke Kusho, and Twin Lion Slash ( The lions teeth slash at the enemy).
  • Ultimate Jutsu: Twin Lion Barrage ( Same move from uns2; I'm not sure if this was the exact name but still) and Hakke Kūhekishō(Eight Trigrams Empty Wall Palm; Hinata uses Hakke Kusho in unison with Neji to deliver a powerful force toward the opponent.)
Neji
  • Jutsu: Kaiten (Rotation), Hakke Kusho, and 64 palms.
  • Ultimate Jutsu: 64 palms Hakke Kusho (same ultimate from uns2) and Hakke Kuheskisho ( Uses Hakke Kusho in unison with Hinata)
Awakening
Neji's awakening like most game is activating his byakugan
  • Jutsu: Hakke Kusho Assault ( Does 5 simultaneously in a row), Kaiten (Rotation), and 64 palms.
  • Ultimate Jutsu: Full Body Blow ( Releases his chakra in an exploding-like manner damaging anything around him) and 128 Palms Internal Damage.
Ok these are my characters I hope you enjoyed I may edit some stuff later but if you have read this far or have even glanced over it thanks for your time.

-i think they should make all 6 paths of pain a character of its own
-if the bring back CS Sasuke make him able to fly or hover
-more jutsus like naruto ultimate ninja on ps2
-make naruto fox mode less overpowered
-better free roam in storymode
-make all the kages characters

YEs, Have all characters from the recent games to be added to this one. Perhaps the Seven Swordsmen too. I would like all that you suggested as well as Free transformations into Bijiu's and stuff as well as a more accurate storyline rather than have some lame scenes showing deaths or defeats that never took place.

Hey everyone Hebi here.. again xD and I have a new character well actually I have 3 you know them you love them yes it's the Legendary SANNIN!!! So, yup I'm doing the sannin and my ideas on what they would be like in Ultimate Ninja Storm 3. All of the Sannin will have 2 awakenings one being their summons and another being their special ability.

Tsunade
First off is Tsunade. Now Tsunade as opposed to the last game will have Sozo Saisei and Summoning Katsuyuu as her awakening. Now most of you reading this will probably think that's so unfair she's just gonna heal and then when her heal is down again she's going to go into her awakening mode again and heal again. Well, then your wrong because my idea would be that she can only use that once and that when she does it only heals about the equivalent of half a health bar until it times out. After that for about 5-8 counts she will be weakened a bit so that everything is fair but not to a point in which she can't do anything.
  • Jutsu: Painful Sky Leg, Chakra Scapel Crash (Tsunade uses the chakra scapel to slice away at her opponent and then uses her insane to knock them away), and Healing Palm Overload (uses the healing technique all medical-nins use to incapacitate her opponent ex. Kabuto used it against Kiba during the chuunin exams)
  • Ultimate Jutsu: The same ultimate Jutsu from the game before and Chakra Body Destruction Transmission ( Tsunade Summons Katsuyuu and gives her the order to split into smaller versions of herself, once she does the many katsyuu's latch on to the enemy with Tsunade sitting in seal transmitting her chakra to the katsyuu's to destroy the body of the opponent internally).
Awakening: Katsuyuu Summoning
Tsunade's attacks in this will revolve mostly on Katsuyuu.
  • Jutsu: Small Acid Spit(Katsyuu Spits out a small amount of acid) and Rapid Division ( Katsyuu shoots out a small number of smaller versions of herself in quick succession)
  • Ultimate Jutsu: Acid Spit Uppercut( Katsuyuu splits her body into smaller version of herself who all spit acid at the enemy with Tsunade appearing under the enemy doing an uppercut.)
Awakening: Sozo Saisei
  • Jutsu: Chakra Enhanced Strength (Tsunade gathers all her chakra to her hand and release it upon the enemy sending them flying), Painful Sky Leg, and Chakra Scapel Crash
  • Ultimate Jutsu: Importance Body Disturbance( Tsunade taps her opponent scrambling the electrical signals in their in turn confusing their movements and end it with a bone crushing kick to the face)
Orochimaru
Next up is Orochimaru he too will have two awakenings one where he transforms into his true form and where he uses the Eight Headed Serpent Technique.
    • Jutsu: Many Hidden Shadow Snakes Hands (Orochimaru summons a large number of snakes that appear from out of his sleeve), Snake User Jutsu (Same as Ultimate Ninja Storm 2, Orochimaru crouches down and a snake comes out of his mouth and attack the enemy, and Wind Release: Great Breakthrough (Orochimaru creates a strong gust of wind)
    • Ultimate Jutsu: Infinite Snakes (Orochimaru summons a countless horde of snakes from his mouth that race towards the enemy all wielding the sword of kusagni in their mouths, with the swords their are equipped with they stab the enemy) and Triple Rashoumon Assault (Orochimaru summons a single snake to knock his enemy away, he then summons the triple rashoumon gates, lastly orochimaru stretches his neck to unbelievable lengths and having the kusagni in his mouth he pierces the opponent and breaks them through all of the rashoumon gates)
    Awakening: Orochimaru's True Form
    Orochimaru in this state will mainly involve slithering around his opponents mostly because he has no arms xD
    • Jutsu: Multiple Snake Bite (Orochimaru Sends the multiple snakes he is made up of to bite the enemy), Wind Release: Great Breakthrough, and Snake Hold ( Orochimaru grabs the enemy with a few snakes then charges at them with a ferocious bite)
    • Ultimate Jutsu: Living Corpse Reincarnation ( Orochimaru lets out a poison mist that incapicates his enemy and begin his ritual then he takes over the body of the person within his own dimension. Lastly while the thing surrounds the enemy Orochimaru uses it to crush the enemy within his own dimension)
    Awakening: Eight Headed Serpent
    • Jutsu: Kusagni Slash ( The head that Orochimaru is in is lowered down to the enemy, Orochimaru then proceeds to slash away at the enemy with his sword of Kusagni) Four Serpent Bite ( Four of the Eight serpents bite away at the enemy), and Soft Physique Modification Pierce ( Orochimaru stretches his neck to reach the enemy and using his Sword of Kusagni to stab them on the way down).
    • Ultimate Jutsu: Eight Headed Serpent Ougi (Each of the serpent's hit the enemy knocking them up in the air at each one hits, then they do a chakra blast ,like the one in the sasuke vs itachi boss battle, to finish the enemy off)
    Jiraiya
    Jiraiya will have two awakenings as well one is Sennin Modo (Sage Mode) and summoning Gamaken. The explanation for summoning Gamaken will be a little lacking as while he has shown a good amount I won't be able to make a lot of jutsu or ultimate jutsus out of it but I will try :D
    • Jutsu: Rasengan, Fire Style: Flame Bullet, and Needle Jizo.
    • Ultimate Jutsu: Toad Oil Flames ( Jiraiya uses his Toad Oil to drench the enemy in oil he then uses Fire Release: Flame Bullet to set the enemy ablaze and Wild Lions Mane ( Jiraiya uses his hair to bind the opponent, and then creates a shadow clone that uses the Rasengan to strike the opponent)
    Awakening: Gamaken
    • Jutsu: Fire Style: Flame Bullet ( Jiraiya on top of Gamaken shoots performs this attack) and Sasumata Combo ( Gamaken hits the enemy repeatedly with his weapon then knocks them away when he's finished)
    • Ultimate Jutsu: Sasumata Explosion ( Gamaken uses his Sasumata to knock the opponent throughout the air and with on last blow hits the opponent again causing an explosion.
    Awakening: Sage Mode
    • Jutsu: Fire Release: Great Flame Bullet, Sage Art: Goeman ( Jiraiya creates a large amount of oil, Fukasaku does a wind release jutsu, and Shima does a fire element technique, these all mix together creating a powerful attack)and Twin Rasengan ( Jiraiya forms a rasengan in each of his hands)
    • Ultimate Jutsu: Demonic Illusion: Toad Confrontation Singing (Fukasaku and Shima perform a sound based genjutsu that traps the enemy in a genjutsu world with their mind and body completely sealed between their hands in an illusionary cube of water. Jiraiya then uses special stone swords to stab the enemy will they are trapped within the genjutsu) and Super Great Ball Rasengan ( Jiraiya after added nature energy to his rasengan strikes the enemy down with it)
