Ideas For Battle Arena Rules

OK heres the deal we have an rpg section here but we need rules for the battle arena area that everyone can understand and will follow.What i need is your ideas on this.There are no stupid posts and any can post there ideas.I`ll check this thread regularly to get site feed back.Also post your views on some of my topics.

Team Jutsu;
I think we should have these based on your character, like if your shikamaru youget ino and chouji, naruto you get sakura and sai [[or sasuke]] and have them be used oncve per battle. I have a link Ill post for examples in a game.

Separate from ninjutsu.

Becase once you get caught in one (which seems pretty easy) it's impossible to get out with the current rules, even ifit's a C rank genjutsu.

actually genjutsu is too easy to get out of, everyone simply uses kai release, i think we need to develop a much better system

Battle Location Rules;

I like Blinds idea of selection, we should offer one for every element, like earth would be a rocy field with a forest nearby or something simple like that. So good idea Blind ^.^

Genjutsu;

I agree with Ino in the fact its too easy to get out of. All they Do is Kai release, I mean what kind of thing is that. MY understanding is that you can kai release yourself unless your OUTSIDE of the genjutsu. Like sakura when she found naruto in the bush and tripped over him, she released him, he didnt release himself. Its not like you cant stab yourself to get out, thats the real way to release it [[Kurenai in the Kurenai arc does alot]] I mean its pretty cheap to use Kai release constantly.

Villages;

Again I agree with Blind that we need a subforum for whoever and the founder of the village is the Hokage etc. For senseis in the village use high ;levelled people or experienced fighters. Like for rain use me and blind. Pein87 could be hokage like that.

I think alot of us are ready for a change in the battling system since some people use 3 elements per fight, some use four, we need a SET tule base that everryone has to follow.

Some people use four, some use three, some use five.
We all have different understandings on what this is supposed to be and how the battling works, and now were trying to resolve it.
I think Blind and I contributed alot!!! ^.^

but cna we do things like this your the oro and you use team summon you summon pervy sage and 5th hokage and you al ldo your summons?

or like neji or hinata or hiashi summoning each other and they do 1 huge rotation or all 3 do 64 palms or 128 palms at once on you AND WDF YOU HAVE ACCEL 2 ?! (is it in japanese?)
