The funny thing is , Kurama is more civil and calculated than Naruto is

Not before he was tnjed. Like imagine if some horrible thing happened and it activated Gaara's ptsd and he lost it and went back to part 1 Gaara, just ripping enemies apart like tissue paper. Kurama is nice now but when Naruto went into his tailed beast forms it was like Kurama was taking over using Naruto's anger as a medium. Clearly bitter Kurama had no issue creating utter chaos using Naruto's negative emotions.
