First off
Even if it isn't a popular thread. Please do not spam.
Now..
It would appear that problems over the new system are appearing everywhere and a lot of blame is being passed around, however no one isn't really taking any of it.
I am currently battling for the right to use customs, and it would appear the reason why this is so is because with Re-rankings a lot people are being stripped of their use to use said customs. People are going out their way to make it so that if they can't use theirs no one should be allowed to use them.
I won't go into a rant about how unfair that is. But what i will do is force a compromise! At least try anyways. Not just a compromise in the struggle to use customs, but elements in general.
I understand exactly why the mods have done the re-rankings and i agree with them 100%. However from the perspective of someone who may have been a great spammer and spammed their way to use some of the more advanced jutsu, i can understand how this may seem unfair.(it's not but whatever your allowed your opinion....

I feel that the compromise that needs to be made in the mission arena. We should still keep the rules that the MODs have put into play, but each RPer (depending on rank) should get half the amount of points needed for their growth to the next rank.
For example, after re-ranking i was placed at special jounin. To take the test i need 400 mission points to become a jounin. I should be allotted 200 hundred points (half the needed amount to continue to the next stage) so that it won't be a billion years to advance to the next stage (im not really into missions lmao) But i hope everyone is able to follow the logic.
In case you can't here is a chart..This would continue for all ranks.

This only occurs after the immediate Re-ranking. Once you've been re-ranked and given your allotted mission points you need to work for everything else!

- Chunnin: 50 points needed, 25 allotted
- Special Jounin: 200 points needed, 100 allotted
- Jounin: 400 needed, 200 allotted
- S Class: 900 needed, 450 allotted
- Sannin: 1800 needed, 900 allotted
- Kage: 3500 needed, 1750 allotted.
