Honestly I do not know if Ichigo well end up with anyone, since Ichigo has not shown any romantic feelings toward any girl in the series.

Well if I had to choose.....going by what I read in the manga I think Ichihime. Only because Orihime is the only girl in the series to actually have romantic feelings toward Ichigo, though it is one-sided right now.
