nah the healing is just coincidence and its not the first time characters look alike, it doesn't mean they are related maybe its just a sign that Orihime is the only one for Ichigo

Orihime doesn't have any healing abilities, her barrier reverses the time of a damaged object. Thats how she restores a person while Quincy and Shinigami heal using reiatsu techniques so thats a wrong relation xD
