I dont get it why Ichigos sword doesnt have a second form before the Bankai like when Renji extend his Zabimaru from a normal sword to the swinging one all the Shinigamis have the ability to transform their swords but why doesnt ICHIGO

I remember the second state that Ichigo used just before he activated Bankai when he fought Byakuya but i he think didnt do anything in the 2 form exept activating Bankaiit does have a second form

Ichigo's sword is permanently in his shikai state.Byakuya cut most of his old zanpakuto off(which was a very weak blade),and Urahara cut it down to the hilt.When Ichigo learned Zangetsu's name,he got his own zanpakuto,which Yoruichi says is a permanent release type(meaning it is permanently in its shikai state)

Ichigo's Zanpaktou, Zangetsu is in its Shikai constantly in its shikai state as is Kanpachi's Zanpkatou. The reason for that is that Ichigo's and Zangetsu's Reitsu is so powerful it keeps it in its released state.
Ichigo's first Zanpaktou was the giant claymore he had on his back at the beginning of the anime/manga.
When Ichigo fought Byakuya, and Renji he lost his shinigami powers and was Kisuke Urahara took him to his basement for him to get his Shinigami powers back. When he got them back he had a broken zanpaktou and the only way to get it back would be for him to activate his Shikai but he had to know Zangetsu's name.
Ichigo's Shikai is a Fantasy style claymore with no guard. Which is the one everyone sees him wielding when he is not in Bankai mode.

I thought that his first sword which was cut by Byakuya and Urahara was not his own sword because he created it with Rukias spiritual power and when he trained to become Shinigami i thought he receaved a competly NEW SWORD but i didnt thougth it was the same sword but in its shikai state

what happened is this
ichigo took the powers from rukia and that is what byakuya destroyed then he found hid own shinigami powers and since he has so much raiatsu (spelling) his sword stays in shikai always
