and here are the two other questions then.. because I start to think there's a plot hole

Q . 1 why... why did Ichigo use Final blablabla if he was without it capable of fighting Aizen

Q . 2 how was Ichigo and why part of what Aizens plan? so much effort and all he wanted is just to kill him... what's the point?
1.Fighting Aizen in that evolved hougyoku form needs crazy amounts of reisatsu which even a hollowfied Ichigo didn't possess. So to match aizens reiatsu he trained for the FGT.
2.Aizen's plan was to overthrow the soulking and to take over the throne. He knew about Ichigo's mom being a quincy and his dad being a shinigami. He expected Ichigo to be special and provided ideal conditions for his development. So basically he used him as a test subject. When Ichigo turned out to be more powerful in their last fight,Aizen went nuts and tried to kill Ichigo.I think the soul king is a Transcendental being with all the powers i.e, shinigami, hollow, quincy much like Ichigo. So he wanted to test the possibility on Ichigo who was an ideal choice at that time.

Aizen didn't have enough reiatsu to cut Ichigo.. even though Kisuke confurmed it that he must have used FGT... for me it doesn't make sense how couldn't he defeat him while being stronger than him at every aspect.

again... so much effort and in the end what did he expect? I find this ''Aizen's plan'' cheesy

My theory is that Aizen's plan was to have Ichigo fully developed. I honestly do not think that Aizen was fully intending to actually kill Ichigo. At first i thought so, until they threw his butt in the dungeon for 10,000 years. Rukia got a Death sentence for sharing her power and didnt kill a damned innocent soul, even though they considered that a form of treason. Aizen gets 10k years (depending on translation, some sources say only 1,000 years) and yet still draws breath for killing thousands of innocents, even his own subordinates. I believe Aizen is the biggest deception yet, along side Urahara (his intentions are still yet unknown), even greater than Gin being the snake he was. (i still dont believe Gin is truly dead, thats my opinion though). Aizen seems to be one of those guys who chooses not to be good or evil, but yet willing to sacrifice anything and all to get a solution to a problem. I presonally am not a fan of Aizen, especially ever since Kubo made him go all Butterfly Fairy like at the end of the first Arc.

The reason they didn't execute him is because they couldn't. The hogyoku made Aizen immortal. To kill him, you'd need to destroy the hogyoku; and not even Ichigo's FGT could do that.
