Since you hadn't moved from your current position, I simply shoot this where I saw you at the beginning of the battle. This also gathers many of the senbon in front front of me to blast out towards you with senbon filled in it, allowing me to run out of the newly made opening right behind the wind so that the rest of the senbon hit where I originally was. As I'm running out of the middle of the senbon and the wind with senbon in it goes towards you, I flip sideways, over the bridge's railing and while I'm upside down I use:

Description: The user will imbue their hands with a massive amount of ice chakra. For five turns, the user's hands will gain a blue glow and certain ice-related powers. For one, anything the user touches begins to turn into ice. E.g. If the user touches a tree, the entire tree is encased in ice, still in the form of a tree though. The user can also touch the ground to make an area of 10 yards in every direction turn into ice, though an ice-user able to use this jutsu is also an ice-user that is able to stand on the ice easily without slipping. If the user touches a lake or river, the entire body of water will become frozen, despite its size. This jutsu also affects people that the user touches, if using a taijutsu move that involves using your hands, or simply by touching the opponent, they will be completely frozen.
Note: The jutsu itself lasts five turns, although the user must wait 3 turns between using it. If the user does use it before those 3 turns are done, both hands are completely fozen in ice, stopping them from using a jutsu to free themselves, that spreads along the users arm and body, encasing them in ice in a single turn.
Note: The user can freely release this jutsu along the ground in a form similar as Chidori Nagashi, by placing their hands on the ground, and releasing it from all angles around them, freezing the ground around them for 30 yards instead of 10. This can only be done if the jutsu has been active for less than three turns (and including the third turn). If active for more, the jutsu will not have maintained enough chakra to successfully do this. When this ability is used, the jutsu is released and the user can't use it again for 4 turns as stated above.
Note: This jutsu freezes nearly anything that the user touches, meaning that if the user has a weapon or even attempts to throw a kunai, it is encased in ice, making it unbearably heavy. This does not apply to the user if they are of Kage rank or above.
Note: This jutsu can only be used 4 times per battle.
Allowing me to land safely onto the water in a handstand position, freezing the river or lake or whatever solid, and then I flip back over to land on my feet. However, I do not land under the bridge, so I still have good visonary of you should you attempt any jutsu.

The senbon would fly all around you when the two winds meet each other. At least one or two of them would be able to reach you, because they'd be scattered all around. And just note that being an ice user myself, I'd have no problem keeping my balance on that bridge, even though I'm not on it anyway. Because I'm not on the bridge, and the ice on the river was made by me and not you, those spikes wouldn't affect me at all. =/ Because I'm on the river and not the bridge right now. And here's my sword:

The hydra can be created in one of two ways, it can be created in whole, meaning that it's a body, tail, and three heads (that it starts off with) and will be as large as about five tall trees stacked on top of each other. The second way, is that the heads can emit from a source of ice (like a frozen lake). The hydra, like all hydra's, will grow two heads for every one that is sliced off (if it is made from a source of ice, then more heads will emit from the source). The hydra starts off with 3 heads, and can have a maximum of 10. When the maximum is reached, and if a head still comes off, that head will come back but no additional one. The hydra has extremely sharp teeth that can rip through something as thick as a tree, and can shoot out a freezing blast of ice that's equal to its rank.
Note: The user must wait 3 turns between use of this and can only use it 4 times per battle.
Note: The hydra can stay for 5 turns.
Note: After those five turns, the hydra will lose the ability to regrow heads, and two heads will be dispersed per turn.
Note: The hydra is only rideable by an experienced ice user (Kage), and anyone else who rides it, including allies, will be frozen where they stand.
Note: If the user makes the hydra emit from a source of ice, it can become a full hydra at any time. It can also sink into a source of ice if it is a complete hydra. When it is in a source of ice, only the heads show, and they can sink in and come back up at any time.
Note: The hydra can disperse itself or any of it's heads at any time. If a head is dispersed, the opponent is attacked with ice senbon. If the entire hydra is dispersed, senbon will rain on most of the battlefield, excluding where the user stands.

Because your entire bridge is made of water, the hydra heads can move anywhere along the bridge, even on the other side of it. The hydra heads appear behind you, and even though you're a sensor, it'd take a moment for you to notice (this interrupts your third jutsu and spike making), and all three heads immediately shoot out chilling blasts of ice at you at the same time. I then throw my blade onto the bottom of the bridge, making several spikes under you on the top of the bridge.

Description: Soul Eater is the name of Riku's blade, peculiar in both appearance and abilities. Being Riku’s regular blade, he is able to have it in the beginning of the battle without summoning it but will lose chakra equal to if he did summon it during the battle. Soul Eater is a red sword, and on the blade of the sword is a blue trim, along with blue stripes on four places on the sword. A blue eye with a black pupil is found where the hilt is. On each side of the handle is a wing, one the wing of an angel and one of a demon. When this sword is stabbed into the ground, the user may make spikes of ice protrude from the earth in the form of one large ice spike (B rank) stabbing the opponent or three to four spikes surrounding the opponent, making a tent-like formation around them. Certain ice jutsu can also be carried out through this blade, such as sending a beam or a blast of ice, as well as make a dome or a protective wall. Ice jutsu carried out through the blade will be one rank more powerful. The blade is unique to Riku, so any time the blade is out of his hand, it will return to his hand at his will. Meh, I'm just throwing around jutsu right now. I haven't used this many customs in a while lol. Yes, I realize that I only used two (not counting the sword). O_O
Because these are hydra, as soon as the spikes go through their heads, instead of dying, twice as many heads come out, making a total of six heads now. And as soon as you blast yourself into the air, I jump back up to the top of the bridge, holding my hand out so that while I do so, Soul Eater returns to my grasp. Meanwhile the hydra blast ice towards you as you're descending, six S ranked blasts coming at you from different directions, while a beam of B ranked ice shoots out from Soul Eater. I, still having one hand free, use:

Making ice senbon all around you. So blasts of ice shoot out at you, a beam of ice shoots from my blade, and suddenly, you find yourself with no way to dodge because you're surrounded by ice senbon, all at the same time. Also, since you're falling, you'd fall right into the senbon below you.

1. You can't do two jutsu with each of your hands. It's basically impossible. You can make signs in seperate hands, but each jutsu requires a seperate chakra flow. You can't make two different chakra flows run at once, even if you have both hands free.
2. The water shockwave isn't able to protect you 360 degrees. Unless you can move or dodge, which you can't in mid-air on your own strength, you need a jutsu that would protect you 360 degrees. Plus, the ice senbon would be moving so fast that the water would only be able to slow it, not stop it in its tracks like you think.
3. You didn't block any of the six S ranked blasts that were coming towards you. The armor may be able to protect you from 3 at most, but not from all of them.
4. Based on the description of your second jutsu, you wouldn't exactly be able to move in it. Even for ice users, you'd still likely freeze yourself to death with an S ranked ice jutsu.
5. This is just a small note. Hardly any of the ice would crack. =/ You used an S ranked ice jutsu to make it 6 inches thick, covered in ice, so a C rank water jutsu would barely do anything.
The bold part is bullshit.
Haku never showed any sign of being able to sense chakra.
Even if you wrote it in the history its not valid, if you would have put it under abilities and not under history, your bio would have been declined.
If it was a custom bio, you could've added that its a sensor type bio, but then you would have not been able to have any KG.

Its as much bullshit as the jutsu you have where you channel raiton through kayuga bones. Its my Bio. My Approved Bio. If Everyone else can have wives, with a kg, and ****in dogs with unari and his body twin then i can be a sensor:|
all of those are custom bios, yours is a canon bio, he showed no ability in sensing chakra whatsoever, so no, you're not a sensor if you're using haku bio.
If you create a custom bio with ice abilities, and write in the abilities that you can sense chakra and not writing "leaning to sense chakra" in the history, it might get approved and you might get yourself a sensor bio.
It may be your bio, but it was kishimoto that created that character.
