So let us begin.
First i want you to create a thin layer of ice around your body.Keep in mind the harrdenes and of ice, but in the same time, that the layer must be thin.
Commence!

Now, you must do this heandseals:Ox,Monkey,Ox,Bird
Then create ice, to make a 360? barrier. Flow your chakra in it, making it very hard and ressistant to heat.

Ok now, the techinque i thought you is very usefull when fighting bug users....you use the ice dust participless to concentrate around bugs, making so the bugs freeze and die.
But the best use of it is made with another custom of mine...a wind on...
