Yeah sorry about the slow answer I spent last hour of my life changing the bandage on my broken toe.
I start off and use:
(Suiton: Gufuu Suika) - Water Style: Typhoon Water Vortex
Sending water vortex at you that also blinds you at the same time when I use:
(Kibaku Nendo) - Exploding Clay
Creating two C-1 Worms and one C-1 Bird ( I save this one for later ). After that the worms go underground and dig their way to you and start holding your legs while I detonate them.

C-3 makes Ohak
hako Is said to be able to destroy a whole village with its blast.(chakra=30,Damage= 70)
C-4 makes Garuda.This jutsu makes a huge copy of the original that explodes sending out millions of microscopic bombs.Also This level makes (Kyuukyoyu Geijutsu)-Ultimate Art where the user detonates them self win and the blast covers 10 kilometers.This will kill the user if done.(Chakra= 40,Damage= 90)
NOTE:Only Deidara can use this jutsu.

Turning your frozen vortex into thousands of senbon, some disabling you, while the others pierce your bird
As you create the layer of ice my minions are indeed stopped but not defused ( Lightning defuses them so that's your first fail ). So I jump on the top of frozen vortex and detonate the worms causing your feet to be damaged and I caught you by surprise. After it I test out my sannin ranked speed, jump in air appearing in front of you and hit you with:
( Raiton: Kobushi no Zetsumetsu ) Lightning release: Fist of Extinction
Hitting you in stomach with this fist that causes your whole body take hit of deadly shock wave which also harms your nervous system ending this fight.

You cant just say you jumped. So dont think at all that the jutsu you posted is a valid move. Either use a jutsu to avoid or block, or forfeit
Oh and btw, your feet are frozen into the ground, and the worms are frozen under you. Detonate those and you blow your own legs off

The worms are already beneath you at the time you use chilly field. None of my moves require handseals while yours do. Plus it would take some time for ice to reach me so I can jump on my frozen vortex if I want to.
None of my jutsu that i just used other than the senbon require hand seals. So they are literally happening At the Same time. Those worms arent under me. But hey Im noit the mood to argue so I will Reply to your Move Ok?
As you begin your jump into the air I manipulate the ice below me, creating A pillar of ice that makes it to the top of the vortex, while at the same time using,
