Well, fuuton or wind release, is when a shinobi use manipulate wind with chakra and makes different kind of attacks. Using wind, a shinobi can use it to manipulate the path of projectiles, to blow away incoming attacks, slice through hard material, or blow the opponent away. It can also be used to push yourself out of the way of an incoming attack. And wind is strong against lightning and weak against fire

Well, wind for me is a refresh when is hot, it can be very calm, or furious. It has a lot of strenght and can be very destructive. but it also can be very relaxing and peaceful.
