Lets start with basics, *leads you into an igloo of ice* Now, answer the following questions;
• What is ice?
• What is ice strong against?
• What is the weakness?
• What uniqueness do you see in ice element than other elements?

Ice is water in a frozen state there for gaining solid properties. It can appear transparent or bluish-white color, depending on the presence of impurities or air inclusions. The addition of other materials such as soil may further alter the appearance.

I honestly have no clue, btu i think it's fairly strong against Earth release being a much harder and resistant material.
• What is the weakness?
I believe lightning strikes could cause cracks/ruptures within the ice, and Fire release to a certain extent could melt the ice and render it useless becoming regular water.

No, Ice release is not strong against Earth, instead it is weak against it. Earth being of higher density can shatter Ice. Ice consists of water and wind element, and it is strong against those too.
Ice is indeed unique because of its physical propert, and because its crystalline matter. Now I would like you to explain how you can work with wind and water in creating ice element?

I think the the wind would produce so much of it that it would get utterly cold to the point where the water starts to get frozen due to mixing with very cold wind and forcing each other to overlap into a solid state creating ice in the end, i think it's the most obvious way to do it, because if one used wind's slicing ability it would be neutral and just slice through the water, not really creating any ice.

Well that is indeed correct, adding wind to water to lower the temperature and freeze it, to use it inform of ice is ice style. Now dip your hands in a puddle of water and experience the feeling with existing water, channel your wind chakra in the water puddle lowering its temperature and see if you are able to freeze it. Then in a conclusion tell me what you felt?
*Once i hear the comands from Blizzard senpai, i submerge both hands into the puddle of water, ignoring the small duck swimming i focus wind chakra into the pond and with a more dense type of wind chakra i start to lower the temperature of the water to the point where it's so cold i can actually feel the shivers of the coldness all the way into my bones, i start to focus harder and begin to freeze it, doing it slowly to prove good results and senpai's opinion on the matter.*
*Smirks as your hand get frozen in the pond* Now when you are able to break that ice, come outside we will be doing some fun stuff! Now the following jutsu is indeed the very basics of Ice release, it lets you create ice for multiple uses.
(Hyouton no Jutsu) Ice Release Technique

Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Cost: 15
Damage: 30
Description: The user can use this jutsu to make it begin to snow down on the terrain, or, much like the “Earth Style Technique” the user can make small pillars or shields of pre-existing ice or make it materialize (if from Haku's Clan). If this is used to make snow, then after 3 to 4 turns most of the terrain will be covered.
Ice Release: The first use of Ice release is short range creation of ice, manipulate the feeling that resides in you, and using shape manipulation on water and chakra control on wind freeze the water to create a weapon of Ice. The once you are done with that use the same feeling to create a pillar of ice at a distance.
Weather Use: Now, once you are free and easy with creating ice pillars at a mid-range, channel water and wind chakra in the air, make sure you have more water constitution than wind so you create the essential weather for snow clouds, and once you start making snow we will move on. Get to work now. U_U
Oh crap, my hands!
*Being my first time creating ice, the one i created isn't much resistant at all, so with a few shakes and force from my part i swiftly break my hands out of it, i then stand up and keeping my cool i focus on shaping my water into a sword without waiting i also add a portion of wind chakra adding chakra control to have it freeze the water and having an ice sword in my hand afterwards. Amazed by this, with the feeling of wanting to create more cold temperature techniques, i once again focus wind and water chakra however this time i focus it underground sending water and wind into a mid ranged location and having the wind decrease temperature and freeze the water as it rises in form of a pillar mid range from senpai and i.*
*I then proceed to channel water and wind affinity chakra into the air above us, adding a bigger portion of water than wind, and controling the wind to not freeze entirely the water, afterwards once the mixture is complete the essential weather needed is done, snow starts to fall over the field*
*I sit down and let myself be covered by the freezing snow, i guess its good for us since ice users are naturally more resistant to cold weathers while others might even have trouble moving and stuff, plus it also aids us for future snow releated techinques, not to mention it can help us slightly block the opponents sight a bit, and restrict their speed due to their feet being covered by snow.*
Well done with the explanation. Now as we work on creating pillars of ice, we will start with a bit more advance version of that;

*Having a suited control over my ice chakra i now gather it under me, and focus both wind and water chakras under myself, having a bit more of water than wind, creating an ice pillar to jag myself and keep me binded in it, within time i focus and begin to feel the ice as something normal, something that's part of me and not just a natural element, to the point where i blend with it so much that it allows me to move my limbs and whatnot while being inside of it.*
Against fast water based techniques from my point of view, including the clasic "Gushing water imprisonment" since, we could create the pillar on ourselfs and save us from being trapped in the orb and render it useless.
I wanted to hear that very answer! Its incorrect, it can defend you against water techniques like you said, but gushing water imprisonment is a technique that starts from beneath you, thus it fills up a chakra below you and its harder to send ice chakra to make a pillar burst from the ground. It is better not to use it against gushing water imprisonment than start an argument. As for other things that it can defend against are weapon attacks. Well moving on:
(Hyouton: Tsubame Fubuki) Ice Release: Swallow Snow Storm

Description: The user will shoot out a cluster of needles, shaped like swallows, which will fly out toward their target with great speed. The swallows are unable to be dodged as they can change direction in mid-air, redirecting themselves to hit their target. This jutsu is also highly resistant to fire attacks, unable to be destroyed by fire jutsu unless it is higher than C ranked.
(Hyouton: Sensatsu Suishou) Ice Release: 1000 Needles of Death

Description: The user will make needles surround the opponent from all sides. Directly above them, though, there is an opening. The user can jump away at the last second before the needles converge on their opponent, or they can simply perform the jutsu from a safe distance.
The above jutsu follows a similar concept, one being more precise and the other more harder to avoid. Now first concentrate on creating just one needle and manipulating it, then perform the above two jutsus separately.

*I focus the required elemental chakra into my dominant palm and after "fusing" them, with help of shape manipulation i create 1 ice needle, wich i manipulate to move infront of me, once i get the hang of it i then, drop it and focus even harder creating a cluster of needles that with help of shape manipulation take the looks of Swallows, all aimed towards a tree mid range from my location,
once done succesfully, i gather yet again more ice chakra and this time i focus it all above the same tree, craeting ice and with shape manipulation it turns into ice needles as they gain existance, i then manipulate the hundreads of ice needles to collapse at once all towards the tree, in the end, the tree is hard to distinguish due to it being almost completly covered by ice needles*
