Blizzard once again slams his hand pumping up his motivation, and channeling water wind chakra into the air at the same time. He then imagines a beautiful ice tiger and using shape manipulation controls his water chakra to form one, then adding wind to it chilling it to make an ice tiger.

Now, is the ice tiger connected to user like lightning hounds?

Blizzard, full on in action channels his icy new chakra into his body quickly releasing it into the surroundings creating a stronger version of flying needles of death that he had learned earlier, the surrounding chakra materializes into needles around the opponent covering in a 306 degree angle but leaving an opening for Blizz right behind him to escape right on time, when the needles draw near Blizz jumps back taking control od water chakra and bursting a pillar from below the opponent making sure he has lost balance and is wet so that lightning won't be an option for him. He doesn't just stops here, taking possession of wind chakra now he releases a powerful wave of wind directly aiming at his opponent who is trapped in the melancholy of how to defend from the danger that surrounded him.

(Hyouton Hijutsu: Sensatsu Suishō no Shi) – Secret Ice Release: Flying Needles of Death and Destruction

Explanation: Ice needle being my main offensive attack to pierce through the opponent and to make sure I don't get in trouble with Nagashi and that opponent is not stable enough to take the needles I used water pillar. And then finishing off leaving no opening a wind jutsu was yet enough, one more reason to use wind and water with ice was the elmental swap time making all jutsus in a fast continuos action.

For all your use of water pillar, you might as well have used the Water Biting Dragon Bullet technique and gotten 3 attacks out of that combo and achieving the same result.

Because of their transparency, the ice disks can be used as a large lens to focus rays of heat from the sun into a powerful beam to capable of melting or exploding a pinpointed area.

Channel your chakra into the air and form a circle with your ice chakra. Condense the chakra until it becomes a sharp disk of ice that can be used to cut an opponent in half.

By channeling intense and concentrated water wind chakra into the air Blizz manages to condense thin sharp ice, and using shape manipulation creates ice disc. Which he then launches onto some woods slicing them with ease.

I think the rank will divide by the amount of disc u create? but we can use that shadow jutsu to create 1000 of them and hide the real.

A. Not to forget you will be a freaking Kerlin (DBZ), other than that you can take control of wind, with huge space to use discs more effectively.
B. Already answered how you can double them.
C. Using angle of the disc you can cause temp vision hindrance through sunlight to get more effective use of this jutsu.

But yes. you can use this to hover in the air. It doesnt last for a long period of time but long enough to make a difference. Why use Danzo's Wind technique when you can make 3 of these, two under your feet and one in your hand to reflect sunlight and blind the opponent all with the same technique. be advised, that if you separate the Ice disks into multiples, you decrease the damage and rank of them evenly.

"Black Ice.... :zonder: piece of cake" Blizzard says while channeling his ice chakra with intensity now, he had already learned all the basics of ice and black and ice and was ready to apply them in battle. Seeing the surrounding already covered with cold because of the previous training it helped him concentrate while enveloping the greater chakra of ice, then closing his eyes he imagined a dragon, a black ice dragon and released the chakra all at once submerging a dragon in mid air coated with blackness. Directing and controlling it he launches it straight down onto the ground!

Blizz creates two Ice discs that hover in the air, both unseen to his opponent, one of the disc tilts pin pointing the sun ray and creating a blast near his opponent or (aimed at him), while the other disc travels extremely fast towards him/her to slice him off.

Right after directing the discs, Blizz creates an earth pillar right below his opponent making them unable to react when the disc approaches near.

Blizzard finally close to completion of his training, performs Black Ice Dragon jutsu once again, and makes another one. Controlling his ice and surfaced black ice he was able to manipulate the dragons. The extensive control over ice allowed Blizzard to direct the dragon to swirl around creating a massive tornado, and with a single gesture directed all towards the woods.

Description: The user will make a dome of 21 ice mirrors surround the opponent. Twelve are at ground level, eight are above the first twelve and placed at an angle so that they face slightly downward, and the last one is place directly at the top and center of the dome, facing directly down to the ground. The user can move at extremely high speeds that only the Sharingan can keep up with and manage to dodge while in this dome. The user can freely leap in and out of the mirrors as they wish and move to the other mirrors if one is destroyed, but the jutsu requires so much chakra to maintain that the users movements become progressively slower the longer they hold it (after three turns have passed a normal ninja can keep up with it for the most part) and they cannot perform jutsu while using this. When the jutsu is first starting, though, the user can move so quickly that it looks as though they are in, and attacking from, all 21 mirrors simultaneously. This jutsu was very resistant to fire jutsu, and can only be melted by fire of its own rank or greater, and cannot be destroyed by wind or water alone (both would basically empower it) unless it is of forbidden rank. A single ice mirror (or any number less than the complete set of mirrors) can also be created that the user can use as a shield and go in and out of it through both sides.

The best defensive and offensive technique that ice user possesses. The raw speed while traveling is only downplayed by the fact that you cannot use jutsu while you are traveling. And I dont know why it is changed, but this requires 3T Sharingan in order to track the speed. Sasuke couldnt completely track it with his tomoe, and simply estimated at where Haku would go due to the water splashed in the air. The fact that they have downgraded this to just needing Sharingan upsets me a bit. But no mas.

After performing the required handseals (1 if you have Ice Mastered) concentrate your chakra into the air and try to form a rectangular mirror made of Ice. it should be about as tall as you are if not taller just to be safe. Then after making the one, I want you to make 20 more in the fashion shown. Be advised that you do not have to make them in a dome, but for training purposes this is how I want you to do it.

This is it.. Blizzard closed his eyes thinking that he had come this far in mastering something thats just a dream to a lot of people. He isn't going to back down now... Its all here. AAAAAAAAAAAAAaaaaa He screamed closing his eyes making the required hand-seals and then channeling emense amount of chakra through his entire chakra network. Then commanding the sea of chakra in his palms, he stretched his hands forward releasing sufficient chakra, and now with mastery over chakra manipulation he easily constructs a mirror taller than him.

It wasn't over yet, he slams his hand once again and blow the humongous amount chakra expelling it into the open air in a shape of a dome. The dome shaped chakra breaks into individual mirrors forming in the mid-air, one as ceiling, and the rest stacking as walls.

Blizz slowly moves forward to make a contact with the mirror, as he does so he channels water wind chakra throughout his body uniformly and sinks in the mirror just like the ice pillar he had learned before. Now once his body is fully consumed in the mirror, he looks at the one in front of him, and aims for it extending his chakra inside the dome. Just wishing to enter that one and with a little effort he was there in no time. Extremely fast speed, and then he tries another, constantly changing from mirror to mirror, he could finally feel the power flowing through him. He threw some kunais while interchanging mirrors, and easily countered them from the opposite side of mirror granted speed by ice.
