Ok. Guess I'll carry on from where Mugen-sensei left off.
Try to perform the Ice Dome technique just like he said. Please be as detailed as possible.
*Sneakily takes out a kunai with an ex tag while walking away to Mid Range, tosses the kunai high into the air and then transforms the kunai into 49 copies (50 total) and make the hover over your head/Ice dome
Hope you make a strong dome and correctly, cuz I'm going to be testing it while you are inside. :zonder:
WAHHHHHHHHHH!! Blizzard screams after looking at the several kunais hovering over the sky and coming towards him. Confused with the brief information provided in a short time and the tense condition followed with it, he stretches his hands out, still freaking out and whispering Please...please...please... work!!! And then as the kunais draw near, the world goes silent for him, he closes his eyes, now his face turns more serious, tension flushes away, while his power flourishes his chakra networks, as he easily manipulates the water element creating an image of a dome inside his mind he manipulate it expelling out in the open area, he then follows water with wind chakra, but not just any wind, it was chilled. the wind freezes water into the shape in Blizzard's mind and majestically a shield of ice starts to appear right before him, he slowly opens his eyes as the defensive dome completes cooling the area around him to extremes. The Ice now thicker than he had created before, and chakra flourishing in it. It was strong and the energy pouring inside Blizzard told him he was ready and the confidence now taking control of him. As he bravely faced the kunais that tried to penetrate the dome but fails.

Good Job. Now that you have protected yourself against the kunai assault and explosions, tell me the ups and downs of creating a dome full of ice. Name as many as you can.
Aye, maybe he is currently, but that is neither here nor there. If he listens to me then he shall leave this training better than he was before. U_U
Sorry Mugen Sensei. I figured I'd relieve you of a student and make things easier on you inside the village. If you like you can have him back. There are others I can train. ^_^
I explained Mugen, and he is fine with it. As for Lili, she kids U_U.
For advantages; I will say it can be a useful defense against many small weapon attacks and even explosives, other than that it can also be used in collective battles where you also have your friends or peers to be protected with some sort of an attack.
Disadvantages; I hate how all these domes leave you open from below and enclosing yourself in a tight closed space. but again, if it is ONLY for the ice user he/she can find a way through the walls.

Exactly. However there is actually more to it than that. Line of sight. Both your vision of the opponent and their's of you as well are completely in tact.

Looking at the technique used by Haku Yuki, it is transparent ice. I may have to ask someone to add this fact in, as in previous battles that have fought have been argued against.

(Hyouton Hijutsu: Sensatsu Suishō no Shi) – Secret Ice Release: Flying Needles of Death and Destruction

Description: A stronger version of the original Flying Needles of Death gathers large amounts of Needles from the air and surrounding environment into more than a thousand needles. He then directs the needles to a specific target, and leaps back to avoid damage to himself. The difference is that these needles are literally icicle spikes, and after damaging the target the icicle spikes melt into a light cold rain.
Channel your ice chakra into the air surrounding the opponent. Use that chakra to form over 1000 needles and then direct it to you opponent and leap backwards. Leaping backwards is essential as to avoid taking damage yourself.

This time Blizzard was more prepared, as he did not had a tense condition to worry about. Instead it was more of inner piece, controlling chakra, and concentration. And so he did, he went mid range to a finally created stick dummy, standing right in front of it, he closed his eyes. Gathering what he is now mastering, the intense level of water chakra once again nourished his body with life, and the wind chakra chilled it to sharpness, using both chakras in the surroundings in an orb pattern he created a field of 1000 spikes now adding more chakra gave these spikes more icicle touch and to be able to turn into cold rain, then adding a bit of wind created what he needed, a 1000 spikes appeared towards all the sides and with a single flick of finger all directed towards the dummy while with a slight push Blizzard took the escape route leaving the dummy brutally pierced.

Ok. I have a scenario for you. This technique, though you will still describe it like you have already done with other techniques, but with a change up.
The wolves from this technique gain a speed burst when running down a mountain.
I want you to find at least two techniques that you can use to make the mountain, then use the BEST one of them and make the Ice wolves run down it. I also want you to tell me the best way to go about this as well. And yes, all of the techniques I'm referring to are Cannon.

I think there are multiple earth techniques when it comes to controlling the technique, but the one that allows you to control it to your free will is this; (Doton: Uitenpen) - Earth Style: Wheel Of Fortune, the technique itself is quite useful since its similar to summoning, you could make the land as you want. Other can be (Doton: Chidōkaku) - Earth Release: Moving Earth Core.
Blizzard after touching the snow around him, creates a bond with it and releases enough chakra in it, using extremely interesting art of chakra manipulations he lets his thoughts roll and take the shape of wolves in his mind, The great rulers of snow! After fully assembling the image he releases his chakra into the snow constantly supplying and manipulating, using the already present snow wolves start to form at a distance from the opponent and takes shape. When three of them are formed the technique fades in nothingness, watching that Blizzard tries again now making sure he has full control and possession of chakra he creates four bold wolves as a pack and with a hand direction releases them into the wild, they run as if flying on the snow directed straight into a boulder where they hit and he cancels the technique seeing accomplishment.

Moving Earth core would be a no. The sides of it run straight downwards, There would be no real momentum for them to gain. They need to run down a slope like this /\ in order to gain speed. I'm surprised you would pick that technique. The best technique to have used would have been this one.

Description: With the technique, the user can bring up something from deep within the ground. The result of which has the appearance and near size of an erupting volcano.
Try it again using this technique. With this, after having made it snow, you can make the wolves behind your opponent and they would never know unless they had sensory abilities or they could hear them. There woudlnt be any vibrations to feel depending on how long it has been snowing.
It would be your job to make sure that they wouldnt be able to hear them. Following up with a wind technique to drown out the sound or an actual sound technique will do while the wolves were forming.
Or being even slicker than that, and creating an avalanche that the wolves will run behind, a double featured attack. The avalanche would be created by using the World Shaking technique. Your opponent would never know it was coming.
Nice thinking o.o After listening and noting down all points that Blizz had done wrong he stood fast, knowing this time he had to do it all right! He once again weilded a chakra trying to check everything that he had learned about the technique. First he made the world shake by channeling his earth chakra into the ground and then using (Doton: Kaido Shōkutsu) - Earth Style: Opening Earth Rising Excavation he creates a volcano shaped earth which spits out huge boulder of Rock towards the dummy in the middle, as the rock takes it flight, the snow on the volcano is reformed into wolves pack, concentrating his ice chakra and channeling it throughly in the wolves, Blizz makes them stand firm and run down from the mountain towards the dummy with extreme speed tearing it down, while as an ending note the entire boulder falls on it crushing it to pieces.

Channel your Hyouton chakra into the ground and raise up a large amount of spikes that are as tall as a house. I wish these spikes weren't so weak, but this pretty much forces your opponent to use lightning to destroy them if that is what their aim is......which of course it will be because there aren't too many canon ways out of it.
Now, I want you to post the cannon ways out of it and tell me what you would do to reduce the opponent from wanting to use those techniques to backfire on them.

Blizzard slams his hand together with force as parkles of water that had stick onto his hand sparkled in the air, he then collects large amount of water and wind chakra channeling it all under a dummy. I feel sorry for the dummy He thought while manipulating the chakra to its extremes and bursting out large amount of spikes, tall enough to penetrate an entire house right on through. They were magnificently shaped and beautifully carved.
I dont know if you wanted me to use a canon technique to make the opponent not use lightning or get in trouble, but i would use a water attack like storm upheaval, or an orb jutsu to actually not making him do anything and get penetrated. And if you meant how to dodge the jutsu you could use something to lift you higher than that in less time or destroy them.

:zonder: This is a fun one! Blizzard getting more and more excited as they proceed further into the training, his energy rockets to the maximum level with the fun he was having. He quickly channels his water and wind chakra into the ground, and using extreme shape manipulation creates a huge one horned ice whale burst out of the ground, but before creating it he imagined a solid picture of the whale and channeled his chakra in such a shape that it turned out to be a one horned magnificent whale.
