I had a really hard time reading this @-@
Anyways, Jozu was charging towards Crocodile with the intention of offensively attacking him. While the level of strength Jozu was using to combat Crocodile can be reasonably assumed to be much less than his full strength, that doesn't mean that Jozu won't be affected by Parasite. Charging at Crocodile, charging at Doflamingo, they're still the same action, just towards different people and perhaps different levels of force packed into them. Fact of the matter is, Jozu got caught while offensively charging, it's not like he was standing still picking flowers. That shows that Doflamingo can catch Jozu while Jozu is attacking. You bring up Aokiji, but interestingly, while Jozu could make him bleed a little, Jozu was incapacitated by a weaker version of the technique that Doflamingo could break out of, which again hints superiority. If brute strength is all it takes for Jozu to render Parasite ineffective, why didn't he just flex his muscles and use it to break out? All we've seen so far hints to Jozu being inferior to Doflamingo overall, but with greater defense due to diamond and much higher strength.
