Madara also said that he was gonna get serious as well. We saw what happend when he got serious with the kages, but we have yet to see naruto get serious with Bijuu Mode. This will be a intresting battle.

And to the OP, I think naruto will find a way to seal madara. He has kurama to help him and he also still has ma and pa. perhaps we will see a new technique from naruto that will permanently deal with naruto.

with regards to sealing, if sasuke does aid in the battle, he can seal with the sword of totsuka.
chances are though that naruto will learn a sealing technique, he is an uzumaki after all
