As a main character? After 650+ chapters? Far from it.

Having sort of different feelings and being kind is not cutting it in my book. Many side characters with much lower panel time had more drastic changes or explored personalities. Having sort of different feelings from 4 years ago is not a huge development. It just...happens.

People's opinions do not matter to me, what author writes do.

Kakashi is not analysing their current power and who they surpassed because of whats happening now. He is reflecting on that they said and what is the reality now, and sakura only could talk about sasuke back then so he thought about how she changed in that aspect. It's good development to see she has come a long way especially seen between her and naruto as she could not stand him before.

Actually you didn't read what Kakashi said properly, he implied that Sakura feels like she must save Sasuke from the darkness and doesn't have any romantic interests in him. So Sakura's feelings towards Sasuke have changed for the better, not for the worst.
