Naruto has the chakra of the sage's son, he has A large supply of chakra because he was born an uzumaki, and he has the Kyubbi's chakra therefore Naruto was destined from he beginning to be a Powerful Ninja, Neji was absolute right in this sense.
The point is that Naruto's skills sucked at the beginning. It didn't matter if he had an uzumaki body or a tailed beast or even Ashura's chakra. That stuff didn't matter unless he trained for it.

Also it's not like the sage just handed out his chakra to all the reincarnations. It was only because Naruto reminded him of Ashura, because he worked hard and had made many bonds, that the sage decided to give him a power up.

So Naruto's powers were gained through effort and destiny had nothing to do with it.

Who cares if he mastered SM quicker than Jiraya? Just because he didn't struggle as much as Jiraya did, doesn't mean that he didn't work hard. It just means that he's more skilled at it, but the point is that he trained for the ability.

So what if he had help with fighting Kurama, he still had to master the chakra he gained from him and that required amazing chakra control. So he trained for that too.

You seem to think that training should only involve struggle and without it, it isn't training at all right? That's BS. Naruto did have a hard time training that abilities, but just because he didn't struggle as hard as some people was due to his own skill.
You just proved my point, Naruto was more skilled because he was born to have sheer amount of chakra that was predestined to do it. kushina help naruto emotionally and physically by summoning chains to entangled the kyubbi so that it would help Naruto master KCM. That's not hardwork alone.

Training should be all about through hardwork alone by sheer guts and lucks which is his main theme like in part 1.

There are some points I agree with and some I don't.Yes,Naruto was born lucky in a sense that his parents were incredibly talented and he inherited his massive chakra reserves from Kushina. However the Nine Tails made Naruto's life miserable for most of the series,he had no friends, everyone treated him as a outcast, and one of his father figures died.

He went through alot to get where he is today and even though some of it was destined, destiny is what you make on your own terms.

You just proved my point,
All shinobi in this manga were born with chakra and clans. That's not a viable argument.

Training should be all about through hardwork alone by sheer guts and lucks
Naruto has worked hard, Which you have ignored in my posts twice now.

I don't see you *****ing about Sauke, Hashirama, Madara, Obito, Orochimaru, Kabuto, Itachi, Kakuzu, Hidan, Kisame or any characters born with Kekkei Genkis. Furthermore, your account is named after Naruto, yet you are only now complaining that "his character is ruined."

What I meant was that he was more skilled than Jiraya in SM, that's why he gained Perfect SM.

Predestined my ass... Even if you have enormous amounts of chakra, you still have to train to be able to use it perfectly.

What Kushina did wasn't to help him master KM. She helped him gain the chakra, mastery over the chakra was done with the help of killerbee after he gained Kurama's chakra.

The theme was hardwork vs genius, I don't recall the alone part. Nonetheless, training alone or having help doesn't matter as long as Naruto trained hard to get stronger.

Kishi has thrown hard work out the window. It's all about Genetic lineage and power now after seeing spoiler 673, it reminded of myself why I disliked Naruto so much given all the requirements to be GREAT .... .

I hate the concept of destiny in a series when used like this, it takes away from the characters free will, which in turn takes away from the character

It's a damn shame that a once awesome inspiring main character completely went down to the drain especially this War Arc butchered this character it's not even funny.

I wish Kishi made Naruto like Sakura: a nobody from a no name clan who grew to greatness.
This is a fine example of someone who doesnt understand the entire point of naruto.

And what has been building SINCE PART 1.

I suggest you reread the series so it connects and your not going off your memory as a kid.

Naruto is still a no good loser who has earned his place where hes at right now. You say it goes against part 1 but no -.- Thats dumb people logic. Its built upon, its adding to the theme of the first one.

Its just slowly unraveling itself and when you connect it its actually quite something and it makes sense of everything.

First off, kishimoto is japanese. Literally everything in the naruto universe is derived of something from japanese mythology. Like the sannin, the Bijuu, names of jutsus, especially the Uchihas jutsu, the eight gates, paths of pain, and other characters.

Reincarnation is one of them. In all honesty i and alot of my friends all assumed Naruto and Sasuke were Hashiramas and Madaras reincarnation since the valley of the end. At first i thought it was just a case of history repeating itself but the symbolism was just too obvious.

Although we never thought theyd be the reincarnations of the actual sages sons.

But it makes complete sense.

Kishimoto has a twin brother, hes all about family and brother type ish, like sasuke and itachi, and naruto and sasuke.

Afterall naruto has always said sasuke was like a brother to him.

Remember when sasuke saved naruto from haku, he said he had no idea why he saved him and tat his body moved on its own, now that weve added the Actual brothers dynamic it just makes sense and makes naruto worth rereading. Cuz you connect what you know now to what you didnt b4 and it just fits. Sure he may have come up with other concepts on the fly but thats how stories are, you dont have every single chapter written out in your head when you start a story.

Naruto earned this power, it has been 15 years since chapter 1 almost, Of course theres gonna be more power. It was already expected since chapter 28. A sliver of the nine tails chakra got leaked, so we all knew hed eventually get to 9.

Sasuke from the start has always been better than naruto, all the flashbacks in the academy, sasuke was just always naturally good at the shuriken throwing. Naruto sucked and had to train for days after class to get it right. Genius vs hard worker

Sasuke got up to lees speed and mastered the chidori in a month. When it took Lee years to get to that speed. Sasuke has just always been established as a naturally gifted ninja

While naruto just couldnt do anything right lol, he couldnt summon a frog, he couldnt make clones, it took him a whole arc to master the rasengan, it took him another whole arc to master the rasenshuriken, and it took him a whole arc to master sage mode. He's just been training and training his ass off to get to the level hes at now, if you want naruto to still make dud clones than youre stuck in nostalgia. Narutos more powerful. Thats what happens to shounen characters.

Naruto was the first and only person other than killer bee and the sage to treat the bijuu as friends and not tools, Ashura didnt even do that and neither did hashirama. That was Narutos free will, befriending them. Its something he'd wanted to do after seeing how Bee and the eight tails are with each other. Just because the frog told the Sage that it would happen one day doesnt mean it affected narutos decision to do it. The Frog just saw the future, its his thing lol. He didnt tell naruto that he was the mischeivious blue eyed boy whod befriend the tailed beasts. He said hed fight a guy whos power lies in the eyes. Something we all already know is going to happen -.- So how is that taking away free will? Or taking away from naruto as a character?

It was hard to learn senjutsu and he struggled his entire childhood trying to restrain his emotions so that Kurama wouldnt go on a rampage. His strength is supposed to come from having a pure heart and making an impression on those around him. Thats why it seems like the power is given. But it is earned by his courage and will to protect. Personally I think its awesome how he has developed. The odds were always against him. Unlike Sasuke who was a genius from the get go. Its so cliche.

I'm sorry, but all destiny is is a series of predetermined events that set the stage for success or failure. As some others have already stated, if Kurama had not been sealed within Naruto he would not be nearly has powerful as he is. He was seen as a loser in the beginning for the very fact that what was inside of him was the same force that not only attacked Konaha, but was the cause for many deaths.

It was to be stated that destiny brought Jiraiya, Iruka, Kakashi and everyone else into Naruto's life at the exact moment that they were needed. Obito attacked Konaha with the nine-tails, if he had not seen Kakashi kill rin he probably wouldn't have been motivated to instigate such an attack. But if Obito had not gotten trapped under that boulder he wouldn't have given Kakashi his sharingon because he wouldn't have been on the verge of death, which means that he wouldn't have been saved by Madara ( who used him for his own bidding).

There is a lot of evidence to prove that destiny at the very least set the stage for events that took place within the Naruto world. But that's not to say that our own actions and how will decide to see the world cannot greatly impact how we turn out in the future, you just can't change how you start off.

In this latest chapters when all the bijuu are together kurama does say that so the prophecy is true about the blue eyed boy coming to change the world. technically that means that he was chosen from the start to be destined for great things.

Ashura and Naruto both became so powerful due to hard work. Hard work is a gift too. There are lots of people who work hard and would never be as strong as Naruto. Why? Because Naruto is gifted with Ashura's spirit and definitely not the underdog. The moral of the story is Massashi Kishimoto just make shit up.

Take a look at the date when I first joined this site. I was a huge Naruto fanboy, I have really strong passion with series, but as the year passed by, my love for Naruto character died out

Fine, in an alternate reality, Kurama kills baby Naruto before Kushina and Minato can block him. The End. Happy now, Mr. ray of sunshine?

Ashura and Naruto both became so powerful due to hard work.
Hard work is done through choice and perseverance. It isn't controlled by destiny or some higher power.

Hard work is a gift too. There are lots of people who work hard and would never be as strong as Naruto. Why? Because Naruto is gifted with Ashura's spirit and definitely not the underdog.
There are lots of people who can but do not work at all.

The moral of the story is Massashi Kishimoto just make shit up.
The moral of the story is you are a hypocritical, butthurt fanboy with absolutely so concept of the story or a narrative as a whole.

Take a look at the date when I first joined this site. I was a huge Naruto fanboy, I have really strong passion with series, but as the year passed by, my love for Naruto character died out
Thank you for making my point.

Yet you still read it week after week. Thank you once again for making my point.

No please cut this shit now.

The moral of the story is Masashi Kishimoto shows us THAT EVERYONE OF US HAS HIDDEN TALENT. However it takes guts, strong will and getting along with a alot of people while struggling through pain and hardwork to finally make our talent unleashed/bloomed as we can be proud of it.

The only change Kishi has done is "Naruto was underdog who became great" to "Naruto had great hidden talent but was treated as shit and began as underdog then only due to hard working/ going thorugh the pain allowed him to make his talents/efforts bloom ". Exactly like Ashura.

The destiny crap is still incorrect as Naruto destined to fail due to all events waiting for him in his life even although he has hidden potential. All of the events in Naruto's life tried to change him etc., but he overcame the destiny by making his own choices.

The moral of Naruto was that one of the Hagoromo's sons need to live among normal/weak people and raise as underdog to expierience all the pain/hardwork which will allow him to understand feelings/emotions of other people. That why Kishi allowed Naruto to be now OP, so he can change the word remembering of weaker people and their life. He also can solve their problems.

CONCLUSION: You are mad because Neji died. Please cut the crap

Nope, Naruto being born unlucky in Part 1 was the reason why this manga exist in the first place not until shippuden
Man, I've been trying this whole time... still no one understands...

It's not the first reason that makes a story but the final reason...
Since, Naruto was destined to become and did become the best is the reason why the manga was created...
