Tao closed his eyes and focus on his lightning chakra, when the lightning came into his hands, he then slam them on the ground. While doing so he opened his eyes and looked his opponent confidently in the eyes.
While slamming his hands on the ground he released his lightning chakra, and direct his lightning towards Naruta causing her a little shock.
Tao looks around and sees a young girl in front of him.

That´s a good start ^^ However...

1. A hill cannot appear out of nowhere. If you´re going to use that technique, you have to mention there´s a hill at the beginning of the spar, when we said "terrain". Otherwise, I can say:
2. I bolded a part in the technique you used. Now...There´s a hill behind me...you throw a smoke bomb to distract me and then you run towards the hill (with also means towards me) to perform that technique. But, you have to be uphill to use that technique. Depending on where the hill is behind me your technique can be useless. Your sensei/sempai mentioned it to you as well ^^ (I bolded it)
3. Notice that when you throw a smoke bomb, apart from distracting your opponent, you´re also distracting yourself because you wouldn´t know what your opponent is doing most of the times =D
*As Tao threw the smoke bombs between him and Naruta, Naruta performs a handseal and then she blows out a gust of wind strong enough to blow the smoke away (and to blow Tao back to his original position, since Naruta doesn´t know that he was running towards the hill behind her)*

"Releasing it power of its fullest" and...? Where do you release it? How does it attack me? Copy of eletrified swords? What happens if it touches me? (Honestly I´m not sure if what you intended to use and the jutsu you posted is the same one)

As Tao breathes out the fire, Bruce, from a distance at Tao's left side, jumps into the air while holding the boar handseal and darts towards Tao's face at hyper speed, kicking him backwards by 5 meters where I then land on my feet, hold my thumb out in the air towards your direction give a thumbs up as I then smile with a twinkling shine coming from my teeth.

As Bruce's, flies in kicking Tao backwards by 5 meters where he then lands on his feet, holding his thumb out in the air towards his direction giving a thumbs up while smiling with a twinkling shine coming from his teeth. Jūgo comes soaring in multiple boosters formed on his back with his right leg extended. His right foot makes contact hitting Tao in the same exact spot Bruce's kick hit but with much more force behind it sending Tao toppling back into Mid range. Something, something, FIGHT, something, something!
Jūgo then stands with a malicious grin on his face, his right arm extended with a thumbs up randomly hanging in the air.
Grabs Juugo and allows him to morph his body into a shield with senjutsu chakra to block the wind attack.

Jūgo began by changing his very body structure, further then he had ever done before. He grew thick reinforced plates upon his arms and legs curling up in such a way that created what looked like a large thick grey kite shield. He then tucked his head back behind a thick reinforced plate made up of thickened reinforced skin. He grew thick four inch spikes all along the outer side of his body that would mangle anything that came in contact with them This allowed his body to in essence become an A rank defense that could block just about any B rank or below jutsu. Why do you get to be the Paladin, I'm basically a Protection Paladin as is?
