If Madara still needs Obito to bring Tsuki no me to fruition, then he will. Otherwise Obito will be nothing but a burden to him, just like Karin was to Sasuke.

Unless Uchiha Madara, as the once leader of all Uchihas, actually cares about the people from his clan, there will be no hope for Obito.

Also, Madara should be feeling extremely overpowered thanks to edo Tensei, so he might not care foe Obito at all, and might actually be pissed at his incompetence.
