can you help me? What is it about? Is it childish? Is it better then Naruto? Does it have a lot of fillers? Should i read the manga or watch the anime?

I want to watch it because everybody is saying good things about it and i am getting curious.

One Piece is about called Luffy who sets sail to find the greatest treasure in the world "One Piece" and become Pirate king.
Is it childish?
No, maybe the first couple of episodes can feel childish due to the animation. Those episodes were made in 1999 though.
Is it better then Naruto?
Yes
Does it have a lot of fillers?
No, very little fillers and even the fillers have a good story
Should i read the manga or watch the anime?
Manga is faster but I used the anime to catch up. I like watching better then reading.

I myself started to watch OP anime on summer.. damn, I watched about 5-30 episodes/day
I think it's better to start with manga, because the anime in start doesn't look to good, but if i remember it's get better quality when they get to Grand Line ^^
It is childish sometimes, but I like it.

One piece is a story about a boy named Monkey. D Luffy who wants to become the Pirate King and find the legendary treasure One Piece. He accidently eat's a fruit which gives him rubber like stretching powers, he set's sail on a raft in order to get a crew and start his adventures. The story proceeds following Luffy and his crews adventures.

It is not childish may seem in the first few episodes of OP but its a matter of time you get obsessed with it.
Better than naruto? Hell yeah.
