Not the same thread as the previous, just me attempting something, while trying not to make this all seem repetitive(good luck me (◕⌵◕)」).
Getting to the nitty-gritty:
When applying for becoming a moderator: does it matter that one has been banned before? Even if it was a long time ago? Or perhaps a short while ago wouldn't matter depending on the nature of the ban and the resulting conduct of the one banned?
I mean, I read this thread:
For example: It tells of having to have good reputation, as related to conduct rather than rep points.
Does a ban affect this? I mean, you could have been banned before for breaking the rules by being foolish or whatnot causing the resulting ban to begin with, but there are different kinds of rule-breaking instances, no?
For example: Say someone was a reeeeaally mean person before, but turned into a nice one, would you take this into consideration and how??
TY beforehand!
Edit: Yes, I know about how several infraction points results in a ban, but does it still not affect the judgement?
Edit#2: Important notice to mods: If you're considering closing this thread as you think your reply would make for a sufficient answer to the question. PLEASE, I implore you, give me time to reply to that post, not closing the thread immediately afterwards, because I'm pretty sure I can argue for why you shouldn't in the first place. This thread being directed at those in charge of the mod applications in the first place, most likely being the administrators(or at least ultimately), and secondly towards you whom can give input.
No offence to those whom doesn't. No offence at all actually.
