Naruto is extremely fast he is the second person to ever confuse a sharingan user by just using his raw speed. If Minato didn't seal Naruto then he would have trained Naruto as he would be alive probably teach him FTG which together with his SM would put him above Minato, there are too many variables, to presume or guess what would happen and none of them matter because whether Naruto is strong as he is now because of Minato or Sakura or anybody out there doesn't change the fact that he is more powerful and faster then Minato in raw speed.

If you give Minato the time to place seals around he would be faster but without them he would get owned before he even pulls out the kunais from his bag.

Minato will serious defeat Naruto in no time if Naruto uses sage mode or shadow clones spam with Rasengan.

Minato is smarter than him, why would he lose, he's the fourth hokage and the fastest ninja who ever lived.

Minato did not use Shunsin no jutsu while he saved Naruto from Tobi, Minato use his normal speed, he's the fourth hokage after all, why would Naruto been killed easily, if Minato did not do that..................Minato is not a type who let his friend or a near family die without a reason, he's a good man.

Itachi and guy are very fast at their base speed, but we haven't seen so much of minato's normal speed yet...............

One thing, how did Minato saved Kushina so fast and were up on a tree, yes he used the ftg tech, to save her...............but how did he use his normal speed so fast, I am gonna show u :

How manage Minato to run so fast and was on the tree so easily, that was his normal speed.....................he teleport to Kushina and avoid Kurama's attack, and then he stood on a tree in one seconds, that is faster than Guy's base speed.
Minato did not use any ftg tech to climb up a tree, he used a normal speed or his base speed.

He used Shunshin it's why Tobi made the remark of the "yellow flash" he jumped from place to another instantaneously.

In a 1v1 fight without having placed any FTG seals he would but in the manga Minato has probably hundreds maybe even thousands of seals placed all over the shinobi world he would be forced to escape the battlefield by using them so he wouldn't die.

It is silly to think that Minato's shunshin is better then shunshin of some sinobi who have it augmented by their chakra shrouds like Naruto and A or with gates like Gai, if his shunshin puts him above practically every shinobi why didn't he use it to dodge V1 Raikage? It's because Raikage was already in his face and the only thing he could have done is use FTG, his reflexes are incredible one of the best if not the best in the manga but his shunshin is not the best.

Minato even without FTG since he has better control of his shunshin no jutsu than Naruto but Naruto will surpass him soon. However until he learns a similar technique like FTG, he will never reach the level of speed of his father cuz nothing is faster than instant teleportation

If Minato using he's ftg tech, it means he's running not just transport, why, if he using one step while he's on a dimensions he can just use one step to Norway from Japan, just one step so already there on a dimensions, It's not cheating.. he's running just like Usain Bolt.

Naruto need over 6.0000000000000000 steps to go to Norway from Japan.

Sure Naruto BJ mode will handle all of his kunais, but he's too big and fast, It's impossible to keep up against Minato while he's on a dimensions...........................Minato can stays on a dimensions in 5 minutes, then done with the BJ mode.

It's not just an opinion, but u guys must know, Minato is running while he's using his ftg tech, also on a dimensions.

Minato is the fastest in that REGION THEY LIVE IN I doubt that body of land they are all in is the whole entire world so maybe in other areas they're people faster than him you never know but the fastest WE know of is Minato yes.

Did you see how far A's fist was? He was already touching Minato with the raiton armor literally a few more millimeter and he would have killed him i doubt Minato could have shunshined out of there considering how surprised he was about the whole thing.

Ok, so just that we are on the same page, Minato's shunshin is not the best out there, it is maybe on par with Gai and Itachi.

U don't know anything dude, Minato is smarter than A he knows what's gonna happen before they attacking, why would he be defeated by A, if Tobi manage to avoid A's attacks, then Minato can do it as well.

I know u don't like Minato, cuz u always saying about Guy and Itachi's base speed, we haven't seen Minato yet, why can't u just keep quiet............. No one knows what's Minato's real speed are, so go away.

For many reason, Minato deserve it to be the number one no matter what.

It doesn't matter how they base speed looks like, It's how they using it, teleporting, running or dimensions, is just the same...................... also Minato is the ninja who the mastered of seal tech, and he's speed is incredible reflexable, no match against him.
