Yes Minato is teleporting if he uses he's ftg tech

Haven't u seen Minato saved Naruto from Tobi and use the ftg tech to avoid the blast, It's just like he's running to another place as well.

Watch again that episode 248................. there u can see Minato and Naruto on a dimensions, It's just like he's running.

What Minato does is not speed, teleportation is not speed it's teleporting your body from one place to another it requires no actual movement and is instantenious no matter whether the distance is 10 meters or 10 billion meters.

In a race from one place to another Naruto would win, Minato would only win if he was allowed to go to the finish line beforehand and place that seal which is an unfair advantage. In an actual fight Minato would lose against speedsters like KM Naruto, raiton armor A, gated Gai because they would blitz him with shunshin before he even reaches to draw out his kunais to throw them.

Minato's base speed is pretty ok i would say he managed to snatch baby Naruto from Tobi without Tobi even reacting to it.

Not hell naw, show me what feats base speed Minato has that trumps base Gai and Itachi? All 3 of them can use shunshin while Itachi and Gai have 5/5 in speed so Minato is either equal to them or slower in his base speed.

Yes i already mentioned that in my previous post, that is the only thing he had and he used shunshin there which all 3 of the people i mentioned have.

Itachis feats are blitzing Sharingan Sasuke and kicking him and jumping right in front of Naruto and KB with shunshin as well as later going behind KB back without him noticing.

Well it's hard to say, as there isn't much to Minato and no databook entries. Itachi is fast indeed, but i could see Minato doing the same. There is no point arguing with you, it was just my opinion.

Naruto is extremely fast he is the second person to ever confuse a sharingan user by just using his raw speed. If Minato didn't seal Naruto then he would have trained Naruto as he would be alive probably teach him FTG which together with his SM would put him above Minato, there are too many variables, to presume or guess what would happen and none of them matter because whether Naruto is strong as he is now because of Minato or Sakura or anybody out there doesn't change the fact that he is more powerful and faster then Minato in raw speed.

If you give Minato the time to place seals around he would be faster but without them he would get owned before he even pulls out the kunais from his bag.

Minato did not use Shunsin no jutsu while he saved Naruto from Tobi, Minato use his normal speed, he's the fourth hokage after all, why would Naruto been killed easily, if Minato did not do that..................Minato is not a type who let his friend or a near family die without a reason, he's a good man.

Itachi and guy are very fast at their base speed, but we haven't seen so much of minato's normal speed yet...............

One thing, how did Minato saved Kushina so fast and were up on a tree, yes he used the ftg tech, to save her...............but how did he use his normal speed so fast, I am gonna show u :

How manage Minato to run so fast and was on the tree so easily, that was his normal speed.....................he teleport to Kushina and avoid Kurama's attack, and then he stood on a tree in one seconds, that is faster than Guy's base speed.
Minato did not use any ftg tech to climb up a tree, he used a normal speed or his base speed.
